Mac to Win

Copy messages or contacts from Entourage to a Windows-based computer

1. In Entourage, do one of the following:

• To copy messages, drag the folder that contains the messages from the Folders list to your desktop. Entourage saves the contents of the folder as an MBOX-format text file.
• To copy contacts, click Export on the File menu and follow the steps in the Export Assistant

2. Copy the file to a PC-format disk. If you have access to a network share that is connected to both Windows-based and Macintosh computers, you can place the files on the network and then copy them from either type of computer.

3. Copy the file from the disk to the computer's hard disk.

Notes

• When you copy a file from a Macintosh computer to a Windows-based computer, you should append to the file name a period (.) followed by the appropriate file name extension. The correct extension for an MBOX-format file is .mbox. The correct extension for a tab-delimited text file is .txt. You should also change any file name character that can't be read on a Windows-based computer to an underscore character (_). Windows-based file names cannot include the following characters: backslash (\), slash mark (/), asterisk (*), angle brackets (< >), and vertical bar (|).

• If your Windows-based program cannot import messages as an MBOX-format text file, you can copy individual messages instead. To copy an individual message, save it as a SimpleText text document or an Entourage e-mail message and copy the file to the Windows-based computer. Then import the message as a text (.txt) file or an e-mail message (.eml) file, depending on the format in which you saved the message.

Pourvu que ça marche sinon :
