10.7 Lion MacBook Pro qui plante au démarrage

Bonjour,
Je rencontre un soucis avec un portable qui tourne sous OS 10.7.5.
En cours d'utilisation celui-ci a cessé de répondre. J'ai forcé l'arrêt et désormais il démarre, affiche le bureau et au bout de quelques instants ne répond plus.
J'ai tenté les manipulations suivantes
  • démarrage en mode sans extension > il plante
  • Apple Hardware Test > rien de détecté
  • démarrage en CMD+R, la vérification via utilitaire de disque indique que tout semble normal
En m'inspirant d'un autre fil de ce forum, j'ai lancé les commandes diskutil dont vous trouverez les retours plus bas, dans l'espoir que cela permette de vous faire une idée.
