Macbook qui pante à cause de certaines applications

Bonjour,
Depuis mon passage à Lyon mon macbook pro 15" plante lorsque j'utilise certaines applications comme Transmit:
En général l'application se lance sans problème mais c'est au moment de transférer un fichier que l'écran devient tout noir et que la musique se coupe.
Je dois donc redémarrer le mac en appuyant 10 secondes sur le bouton d'arrêt.
Le bug se produit aussi parfois avec l'app store mais pas à tous les coups.

J'ai essayé de redémarrer le mac en gardant les touches alt+cmd+p+r , j'ai également lancé les options de maintenance d'onyx, sans succès...

Pensez-vous que je dois passer à l'Apple Store ou existe-t-il une solution software?

Si c'est des kernel panic, vous me conseillez d'aller à l'Apple Store (je suis encore sous garantie) ou de réinstaller Lyon (ça me dérange pas je comptais le faire).
