Needed help to restore deleted video from Mac mobile phone

I accidentally deleted video from my mobile phone. After deletion i realized that video was important for me. I need help to get back video on my machine. Is there any recommendation how can i recover lost video from mobile phone on Mac system?

Anyway, you should be more specific : what kind of mobile phone ?
If it's an iPhone, I'd say it's definitely lost. If the phone sports a memory card and the video was written on the card, you may have a chance.
