OmniWeb 4.1sp et téléchargements

Quand je télécharge un fichier compacté, O.W. ne lance pas Stuffit Expander : il se contente d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui contient le fichier téléchargé (alors que O.W. 4.0.5 lançait Stuffit Expander automatiquement). Comment faire ?

salut j'ai remarqué aussi cela et j'ai ecrit au staff d'omniweb voici le message qu'ils m ont envoyé :

OmniWeb used to just hand files it downloaded off to the finder to send to the default application for dealing with that type of file. Problem is, starting with Mac OS 10.1, the finder will happily send a .jar file off to Apple Applet launcher, and execute the file with root priviledges. Not good, from a security standpoint.

So we changed our behavior; We're still trying to decide what the best thing to do with files we download at this point, so if you have any suggestions, let us know about what you'd like to see happen.

Merci. C'est un peu dommage mais je comprends leur réticence. Pour ma part, je ne vois pas quels suggestions je pourrai leur donner pour contourner ces problèmes de sécurité.
