pb office mac 2004 (entourage et word)

bonjour depuis vendredi entourage et word ne demarre plus, jai un message derreur (fichier joint)
j'ai tente reinstallation, recuperation, reparation, onyx etc... tout ce que j'ia pu trouver sur le net mais rien n'y fait ca ne marche pas. je ne peux pas utiliser une autre messagerie car a mon boulot nous sommes sous serveur exchange.
je bosse sur un g5 avec os x 10.3.9 (avec les dernieres mises a jour)
quelqu'un pourrait m'aider car j'en ai vraiment besoin et j'en ai assez de jongler entre le pc et le mac lol

Le "message d'erreur" joint n'apporte pas vraiment d'information, ce n'est qu'un avertissement. Par exemple en cliquant sur le bouton "Autres infos" tu en saurais peut-être un peu plus (mais bien malin qui sait interpréter les fichiers log). Il serait probablement plus parlant de décrire les circonstances (c'est à dire que qui s'est passé avant, genre installation de nouveau logiciel ou autre modification).

- Est-ce que ta version d'Office est à jour ? Tu ne précises pas, mais tu devrais avoir actuellement fait les mises à jour en 11.3.3 puis 11.3.4. Premier point à vérifier.

- Désinstaller/Réinstaller ne sert le plus souvent à rien sous Mac OS X. Il vaut mieux trouver la cause de la panne, il est très rare que ce soit un fichier de l'application qui soit corrompu. En tout état de cause, quand la désinstallation s'avère incontournable, il faut le faire avec l'outil "Supprimer Office". Glisser le dossier dans la Corbeille n'est pas suffisant. Comment as-tu procédé ? As-tu refait les mises à jour après réinstallation ?

- En général, les soucis viennent plutôt de préférences corrompues. On les trouve dans le dossier "~/Bibliothèque/Preferences/Microsoft" (plus, concernant spécifiquement Word, le document "Normal" dans les "Données utilisateurs Microsoft"). Est-ce que tu as fait l'essai de renommer ce dossier (méthode simple pour recréer des préférences neuves, tout en gardant la possibilité de faire machine arrière facilement en cas de besoin) ?

- Est-ce que tu as fait l'essai de créer un nouveau compte utilisateur Mac OS X et de lancer tes applications problèmatique dans une session avec ce nouveau compte ? Pour quel résultat ?

j'ai supprime les preferences ca les a recree mais toujours le message d'erreur
j'ai supprime office en faisant comme tu as dit pas en glissant le dossier dans la poubelle et reinstalle par apres et pareil marche pas, comme dit j'ai deja teste plein de trucs que j'ai trouve sur le net et quelques uns de ce forum mais rien n'y fait
reste a savoir comment reinstaller totalement un mac (pc je sais faire mais mac ? je ne voudrai pas tout planter, c'est quand meme mon outil de travail )

Comme déjà dit, ça confirme que le problème ne vient pas de l'application. Il est rare, sous Mac OS X, qu'un problème soit résolu de cette façon.

Question subsidiaire : Word et Entourage ne se lancent pas, dis-tu. Est-ce qu'on peut en conclure qu'Excel se lance ?

Oui, mais il serait utile que tu donnes des précisions, justement, pour savoir lesquels tu as essayés (qu'on puisse en conseiller d'autres).
En particulier, est-ce que tu as créé un nouveau compte utilisateur OS X et lancé tes applications dans une session sous ce compte ? Ce type de test permet au moins de savoir si le problème est à chercher dans les réglages et paramétrages de l'utilisateur courant ou si c'est un souci plus global.

C'est un indice intéressant, ça par contre. Est-ce que tu as fait une réparation des autorisations (avec l'outil "Utilitaire de disque") après la mise à jour ?

Les réinstallations sauvages, c'est un réflexe windowsien. Sous Mac OS X, il est très rare qu'il soit utile de réinstaller, qu'il s'agisse du systéme ou des applications (en général, il faut vraiment avoir fait de grosses bêtises pour qu'on doive en venir l&#224. Attends qu'on en sache un peu plus sur les causes du problème...

j'ai supprimé les trucs dans bibliotheque/preference/microsoft
j'ai supprimé tous les fichiers contenant entourage ou microsoft avant de reinstallé office2004

sinon je reprends tous a zero, dis moi les choses a faire, dans l'ordre ou elles devraient etre faites que je reessaye et que je te tienne au courant de la suite

Ah, ce qui laisse penser que ce n'est pas dans les paramétrages et réglages de l'utilisateur qu'il faut chercher prioritairement. Peut-être une incompatibilité avec un autre logiciel ? Puet-être un problème de composant matériel ? Un disque dur qui fatigue ?

Attention ! On ne touche pas (sauf à savoir ce qu'on fait) à tout ce qui se trouve dans /Bibliothèque. Pour les préférences, c'est dans ~/Bibliothèque/Preferences qu'il faut chercher (la tilde ~ représente le compte utilisateur courant, la "petite maison"). Concernant le cas particulier de Word, les préférences sont pour l'essentiel dans le document "Normal" qu'il faut donc supprimer aussi.

Il n'y a aucune raison de chercher à faire n'importe quoi. Supprimer Office se fait très bien avec l'outil fourni avec, qui est justement fait pour. A supprimer d'autres choses que comme ça ou les préférences, tu cours le risque de supprimer des choses utiles et de rendre ton système instable.

Au point où tu en es, il devient difficile de se faire une idée de la situation exacte. C'est donc un des cas où une désinstallation peut être utile (mais il n'est pas sûr que ce soit suffisant. Bon, disons qu'on va mettre un max de chances de ton côté. Donc :
- avec l'outil "Supprimer Office" tu désinstalles
- tu supprimes aussi le document "Normal" et le dossier "Microsoft" dans préférences de ton compte utilisateur.
- tu vides la corbeille
- tu redémarres ta machine
- tu fais une réparation des autorisations
- tu refais l'installation depuis le CD, puis les mises à jour 11.3.3 et 11.3.4
- tu refais une réparation des autorisations
- tu lances tes applications. Normalement, tu as un "Office 2004" tout neuf (tu en es quitte pour refaire tes réglages et personnalisations).

Si ça ne donne toujours rien, il va falloir chercher du côté du matériel, peut-être... Ou par exemple faire un fsck -f pour vérifier que la structure du disque est en bon état...

C'est un cas fréquent de dysfonctionnement de Word, tu devrais chercher de ce coté.

Si tu fais une recherche dans le forum avec les mots word et suitcase, tu trouveras quelques discussions qui devraient t'aider.

En effet, les polices problématiques sont une source classique de problèmes avec Word. Il peut donc être intéressant d'en revenir aux bases et de voir si ça suffit.

Mais, bien plus, Suitcase est aussi une source fréquente d'ennuis... Donc, dans les recherches d'incompatibilités, il faut le mettre en tête de liste !

As tu essayé de désactiver suitcase, je ne l'utilise pas car ne travaillant pas dans les métiers de la publication ou du graphisme, je n'ai que faire d'un tel logiciel mais j'ai lu pas mal de problèmes avec ce logiciel.

je vais essayer, sinon pour desinstaller un prog proprement il existe un desinstalleur autre que cleanapp (car je l'ai telechargé mais il ne se lance pas) y en a t il un d'origine dans osX ?
sinon est ce que le livre des polices est suffisant pour faire de la PAO ? ou faudrait il un autre prog ?
