La Photothèque ne fonctionne pas correctement sur un disque ExFAT, il faut utiliser soit HFS+ (Mac OS étendu) soit APFS (si c'est un SSD). Que ça ait fonctionné avant ne veut pas dire que c'était normal et que ça doit continuer, c'était déjà fortement déconseillé.
