J'utilise beaucoup ce logiciel et depuis un moment il ferme seul ....c'est incroyable....

Si tu n'en as pas, tu la crées spécifiquement pour le besoin du test (Préférences système / Utilisateur et groupe ou bien Préférences système / Compte, sous Snow Leopard).

Je viens de faire l'essai et le problème est le même .

Pour complément quand j'ouvre un fichier , une fois sur deux il ce bloque dans la barre des scripts et je peux pas l 'utilisé. Idem pour des fichiers vides...

N'est ce pas un problème de java?

Ca montre que le problème est global, soit au niveau du système, soit de l'application, mais en aucun cas ça ne provient d'un fichier .plist corrompu de Photoshop.

Est ce que le pb que tu as date de l'installation de Mavericks ?

Oui effectivement je penses qu'il y a un rapport entre l'installation de Mavericks...J'utilise beaucoup ce programme et avant je n'avais pas trop de soucis.....On peux prendre la voix de mavericks je pense.

If you upgrade to Mavericks, it is very important to delete all existing PSE, Organizer, and Bridge (for PSE 6 and 8) preferences. To do this, you need to go to your username->Library->Preferences and delete everything relevant there.

j' ai peur d'effacer le mauvaises choses.....

Tu dois aller dans ta petite maison / Bibliothèque / Préférences et effacer les fichiers .plist relatifs à Photoshop Element / Bridge/ Organizer (je ne connais pas).

Mais évidemment, tu fais une sauvegarde avant !!

Si vous avez encore le problème, il semble que ce soit un problème qui arrive, en particulier sur snow leopard. C'est bien un problème du système. j'ai devant moi un ordi qui a ce problème :
On retrouve quasi systématiquement :
EXC_BAD ACCESS -> Kern Invalid Address

Et dans tous les cas :

avec cet élément quasi systématiquement :

Je n'ai pas encore vu si ça marchait, mais sur un autre forum, j'ai vu ces réponses qui semblent efficaces pour d'autres :

- lancer Onyx et faire l'ensemble des process de maintenance
- Supprimé le partage de fichier et supprimé toutes les listes existantes.
- réparer le disque avec DiskWarrior, en branchant le disque/ordi à un autre ordi si besoin.
