plantage systématique de word au démarrage

Bonjour,

C'est la première fois que je prends la parole ici, car j'ai un mac depuis peu.

J'ai un problème avec Word : il se plante systématiquement au démarrage : je ne peux plus l'ouvrir sous ma session (j'ai créé une autre session, et word y fonctionne normalement)
Excel fonctionne, pas de problème autre.


J'ai regardé tout ce qui s'était déjà dit sur ce forum, et ai fait les opérations suivantes :
- je suis allé dans utilitaires disque et ai réparé les utilisations
- j'ai réinstallé totalement office 2008 (avec une version officielle), après avoir mis à la corbeille tout office, et vidé la corbeille
- j'ai renommé dans "préférences" le dossier microsoft en microsoft-ex

Malgré tout ça, rien n'a changé. Voici le message d'erreur. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

Si tu avais lu avec attention "tout ce qui s'est déjà dit", tu aurais déjà évité l'épisode de la désinstallation (réflexe windowsien s'il en est) ou tu l'aurais au moins fait dans les règles, c'est à dire avec l'outil "Supprimer Office". Mais bon. Le bon point, c'est que ça fonctionne normalement avec un nouveau compte utilisateur, c'est donc bien dans les paramétrages et personnalisations du compte utilisateur courant qu'il faut chercher.

Tu ne dis pas si tu as supprimé le document ~/Bibliothèque/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/Modèles utilisateurs/Normal.dotm (ni ~/Documents/Données utilisateurs Microsoft/Normal si une version 2004 de Word avait été installée auparavant sur cette même machine). A priori, c'est par là qu'il faut continuer...

Note : la tilde ~ symbolise le dossier utilisateur, la "petite maison"...

Je suppose qu'il s'agit de fautes de frappes, mais le chemin que tu indiques est erroné. C'est de ~/Bibliothèque/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/Modèles utilisateurs/Normal.dotm qu'il est question. Et tu n'avais pas une version précédente de Word sur la même machine ?

Peux-tu décrire précisément ce qui se passe lorsque tu essayes de lancer Word (messages d'erreur, etc.) ? De toute façon, c'est dans le dossier utilisateur que ça se passe, il te faut chercher ce qui y est différent de ce qui se trouve dans le dossier "neuf" avec lequel tout fonctionne. Si ce n'est ni dans les fichiers de préférences ni dans le document "Normal.dotm", ça va être un peu plus long, mais il faut chercher...

C'était effectivement une faute de frappe. J'ai bien supprimé le fichier que tu m'as indiqué mais ça n'a rien changé.

J'ai mon mac depuis 6 mois seulement, donc je n'ai installé dessus que office 2008, et pas de version antérieure.

Quand j'essaye d'ouvrir Word, j'ai une fenêtre qui s'ouvre avec "Microsoft Word a détecté un problème et doit être fermé. Veuillez nous excuser de ce désagrément." Je peux alors cliquer sur "informations supplémentaires" et j'obtiens le long texte en langage informatique que j'ai recopié dans mon message initial.
Aurais-tu d'autres idées pour me décoincer ?

Non, hélas. il faut chercher quelles sont les différences entre le dossier utilisateur courant et celui que tu as créé pour tester. Les pistes courantes (réparation des autorisations, suppression des préférences et de document Normal.dotm) ayant été explorées, il faut chercher ailleurs. Mais où ?

Une idée, comme ça, juste pour essayer de faire avancer...

Dans la session où Word plante, l'original est bien dans le dossier Applications + Microsoft Office ?

(Parce que j'ai déjà vu des originaux sur le Bureau par exemple, et c'est le plantage assuré)

J'ai finalement trouvé la solution : j'ai supprimé le fichier "/bibliothèque/preferences/com.Microsoft.word.plist

OUF, ça marche enfin !
