Sujet unique Comment libérer le stockage « Autre »

Effectivement, lorsque du m'as parler de la manip à effectuer j'ai un peu flippé et j'ai donc fait une sauvegarde sur Time Machine. J'aurais pas dû ?

Ce qui est intéressant pour moi de noter c'est la réduction de moitié du stockage "Autre" sur mon disque. Je ne suis plus qu'à 20 Go au lieu des 50 Go de hier..

Les snapshots permettent à TM de sauvegarder des états passés du volume en plus de l'actuel. Donc autant laisser l'instantanté existant. il convient simplement que tu fasses très régulièrement des sauvegardes.

- tu as 166 Go d'espace libre : ce qui est très important. Donc pas de problème réel.​

- la catégorie "Autre" du panneau Stockage est une espèce de catéforie fumeuse englobant tout ce qui n'a pas le type de fichiers déterminés comme Images etc. Je te conseille de laisser glisser...​

Voici surement une question stupide, mais ce n’est pas grave. J'ai la bibliothèque photo sur le SSD interne à mon Mac avec également un stockage sur iCloud. Je me rends compte que le dossier Photothèque.photoslibrary sur mon SSD pèse 84 Go et que l'espace occupé des photos sur iCloud est à 79 Go.

Quand j'ouvre Photos l'option "optimiser le stockage sur le Mac" est bien cochée. Du coup ce dossier Photothèque.photoslibrary prend une grande partie du stockage de mon SSD. Est-ce normal ? Le stockage n’est pas censé se faire sur iCloud de sorte que ça ne prenne quasiment aucune place sur le Mac ?

Ce dossier Photothèque.photoslibrary apparait-il dans la place occupée par la catégorie "Autre" du mac ?

Non pas du tout, la place ne sera libérée sur ton Mac lorsque tu en auras besoin, pas avant

Dans A propos de ce Mac > Stockage il y a une catégorie Photos
 
Merci beaucoup pour tes réponses mais bizaremment ma bibliothèque photos est classé dans autres.

Bonsoir.

Sur mon Macbook Pro Big Sur avec 256 Go je trouve que ma catégorie "Autres" prend beaucoup de place : 92 Go. J'ai l'impression mais appremment ce ne serait pas possible que ma bibliothèque photo serait classé dans cette catégorie Autres

  • la commande mesure (en Gi = gibibytes : base 2) les objets de 1er rang du volume-Données (fichiers ou dossiers / visibles ou cachés). Elle est très lente d'exécution : attends le retour de l'invite de commande du terminal en signal de fin.
Poste le retour => c'est pour voir la taille des dossiers de 1er rang dans le volume-Données.

Poste le retour => qu'on voie s'il n'y a pas de snapshot associé au volume-Données.

Sur les 118 Go de fichiers > tu as : Utilisateurs 84 Gi = 90 Go + Applications (logiciels tiers à l'exception de Safari) 16 Gi = 17 Go => 107 Go de fichiers dédiés à l'utilisateur. Donc 11 Go seuement de fichiers-Système de type variable (les constants étant dans le volume-Système).

- et dans ton dossier de compte adrien (qui totalise les données dans les Utilisateurs) > tu as 78 Gi = 84 Go dans le sous-dossier Images.​

En résumé : pas d'anomalie. Rien qu'un très gros paquet de photos.

La vérification du volume-Données intervient en 5è instance (tu as arrêté au volume-Système n°1).

- sinon : la catégorie Autre est particulièrement fumeuse dans le panneau Stockage. Je ne vois que tes photos (comme tu l'avais deviné) qui aient la taille d'être cataloguées comme Autre (càd. fichiers de nature indéterminée). Tu n'as qu'à laisser glisser...​

  • le fsroot tree est disons le segment de l'apfs qui forme le volume (Données ici). Il est affecté par une erreur.

Tu peux redémarrer > en tenant pressée la touche Power je crois pour obtenir les options de démarrage sur un Mac M1. Choisis de démarrer en mode secours. Quand tu as les 4 Utilitaires macOS > lance l'Utilitaire de disque -->

- presse la pastille : Présentation > Afficher les options de présentation => le Conteneur apfs est affiché. Sélectionne-le et fais un S.O.S. dessus pour tenter de réparer l'apfs.​

Puis redémarre (Menu  > Redémarrer) > de retour dans ta session => repasse la commande de vérification et poste le retour qu'on voie s'il y a une différence.

J'ai déjà fait une recherche sur le forum et a priori le problème est récurent mais je n'ai pas trouvé comment le résoudre. Je ne suis pas du tout une experte en informatique.

Je viens de passer chez Mac (il a un mois) et mon dossier "autre" remplit mon ordi (plus de 200 Go). Je l'utilise exclusivement pour de la retouche photo (je suis photographe) et j'ai lu en cherchant des infos que le problème pouvait venir de la suite Adobe... Mais je ne trouve pas comment régler ça... peut-être une histoire de sauvegarde automatique ?

Help....les disques sont saturés, je ne peux même plus travailler....

Si besoin est, poste le résultat ici.

J"ai essayé de lire ce sujet mais c'est vite du chinois et je n'ai pas osé faire les manips, n'étant pas sûre que ce soit adapté à moi... Mais au secours j'ai besoin de vous XD.

Mon mac est neuf (1 mois) et comme beaucoup j'ai le dossier autre sursaturé (200 Go !) Je travaille sur mon ordi et là, je ne peux même plus enregistrer mon dernier boulot. J'ai essayé de vider tout ce que je pouvais mais c'est vraiment ce fichier qui pose problème.

À savoir que je suis photographe j'ai donc la suite Adobe et visiblement j'ai cru lire que ça pouvais poser problème... Mon Time Machine semble désactivé, donc ça ne viendrait pas de là.
