Probleme identification Office 2008

Bonjour,

J'ai un soucis avec office 2008, lorsque j'essaie de lancer word, il me demande de créer une identité office mais à chaque fois que je valide il y a un message d'erreur.

Il n'y a aucune aide disponible et je ne comprend absolument pas d'ou provient le problème...
AIDEZ MOI SVP !!

Word n'a pas besoin d'une "identité", seul Entourage a besoin d'une identité.

Depuis combien de temps as-tu installé Office ?
Mises à jour faites ?
Même problème sur une autre session ?

Je viens juste de l'installer et je pige pas parce que quelque soit le programme de office que je tente d'utiliser, il me demande de créer une identité office,
Dés que je le fais, et je valide, un message d'erreur apparait...

Word n'a pas besoin d'une "identité", seul Entourage a besoin d'une identité.

Si. Même si c'est essentiellement Entourage qui l'utilise, c'est une identité Office et, au lancement, toutes les applications de la suite vérifient la possibilité de s'y connecter.

Si tu as ce message d'erreur, c'est que le dossier "Identité principale" n'arrive pas à se créer correctement (ou qu'elle se crée mal). Assure-toi que tu as bien fait une installation correcte (donne des précisions) et assure-toi que les autorisations en lecture et écriture sont corrects dans ton dossier ~/Documents.

En effet, lors du lancement, il y a tentative d'ouvrir (et sinon de créer) le dossier "Identité principale" qui se trouve dans ~/Documents/Données utilisateurs Microsoft/Identités Office 2008 (où la tilde ~ symbolise le compte utilisateur, la "petite maison"). C'est là que quelque chose cloche. Vérifie que cet emplacement n'est pas bloqué, décris ce que tu observes, etc.

Cependant, j'ai depuis supprimé le pack pour pouvoir installer office 08...quel merde...

C'est normal, ne touche à rien, il n'y a rien de particulier à faire là.

De plus, la date de création de fichiers remontent à un moment ou j'utilisais la version d'éval du pack office08.

Ah, voilà une information intéressante ! Comment as-tu désinstallé la version d'évaluation ? Avec l'outil "Supprimer Office" suivi d'un redémarrage et d'un vidage de corbeille ?

Dans l'immédiat, essaye en renommant le dossier "Identité principale" en, par exemple, "Ancienne Identité principale". Puis relance Word, pour voir...

Oui j'ai désinstallé la version d'évaluation en suivant la procédure outil supprimer office puis redémarrage et vidage de corbeille

J'ai tenté de renommer par "ancienne identité principale" et relancer word mais ça ne change rien...

A noter que j'utilisais pack office 2004 il y a quelques années et que lorsque je veux créer mon identité office, il me remet des infos que j'avais mis à l'époque...

Je vous assure que c'est pas une mise à l'épreuve gratuite, de ma part !
Je comprend pas du tout d'ou ce problème survient...de plus comme il est quasi impossible de contacter le service technique de microsoft, je m'en remet à des chevronnés !

Ah oui, ça n'a plus grand chose à voir avec un message d'erreur, c'est carrément un plantage de l'application. Visiblement, c'est plutôt l'installation qui s'est mal faite, je dirais.

À mon avis : désinstallation (si possible) de Office 2008 avec l'outil "Supprimer Office", sinon en mettant le dossier dans la corbeille. Puis vider les préférences liées à Office, vider la corbeille, redémarrer, faire une réparation des autorisations et refaire l'installation d'Office.


Je pense que tu peux faire le ménage dans ton fil précédent, l'intégralité du crashlog risque de ne pas intéresser grand monde

Je ne le pense pas, puisqu'en le renommant ça n'a rien changé (mais tu peux tenter, ça ne coûte rien). Tu peux aussi essayer de créer un nouveau compte utilisateur Mac OS X (panneau de préférences système "Comptes") puis voir si, dans une session avec ce nouveau compte les choses se passent différemment.

Mais, comme déjà dit, je doute que ce soit au niveau du compte utilisateur, je penche plutôt vers une installation défectueuse...

On va dans le dossier ~/Bibliothèque/Preferences (rappel : la tilde ~ symbolise le compte utilisateur, la "petite maison") et on supprime les fichiers en com.microsoft...... ainsi que le sous-dossier "Microsoft" qui se trouve là aussi.

On va dans /Applications/Utilitaires et on lance "Utilitaire de disque. Puis on sélectionne le volume de démarrage et on clique sur le bouton "Réparer les autorisations". On laisse faire et c'est tout...

Quand on débute, il est recommande d'aller jeter un oeil sur des sites comme Rhinos-mac ou Débuter sur Mac, ça ne peut pas nuire. On peut aussi faire une recherche sur le forum pour les problèmes qui sont relativement courants, souvent la réponse a déjà été donnée...
