Est-ce que le disque interne de l'iMac est toujours opérationnel et démarrable ?
@subsole : as-tu une sauvegarde complète de tes données sur un autre support qui permettrait de reformater le SSD et d'y réinstaller un système ?

Oui le SSD interne del 'iMac est toujours bootable sous Catalina, c'est à partir de ceclui-ci que je tente de récupérer le SSD externe.
Non, pas de sauvegarde complète, c'est bien là le problème.

La corruption de l'EFI Jump Start (un des composants apfs déterminant l'objet logique : "Conteneur" > que je présume avoir une fonction de "booter" ou "adjuvant de montage" de ce disque virtuel) --> bloque définitivement le montage du Conteneur. Sans qu'une réparation soit possible. Un effet pervers induit par l'OS Monterey - vraisemblement (sans que j'aie la capacité de détailler davantage). En résumé : les carottes sont cuites pour le Conteneur > et par suite pour les volumes dont il est l'hébergeur.

- il ne reste que la possibilité d'un logiciel de récupération de données --> pour éventuellement retrouver des fichiers du volume de type "Données" qui faisait partie du Conteneur. Ce - avant reformatage de l'apfs.​

Je suis obligé en bilan de constater qu'il y a là une corruption à la fois invalidante et irréparable. Brancher le DDE à un mac qui se trouverait démarré sur un OS Mojave ou Catalina --> permettrait-il d'échapper l'erreur d'écriture de l'EFI jumpstart record et de monter quand même le Conteneur comme disque de stockage ? - cette hypothèse me paraît hasardeuse.

C'est tout de même incroyable, que le simple fait de brancher sur le MBP Monterey un SSD APFS Catalina afin d'y récuperer un user le détruise ... j'ai tiré la queue du bouriquet !!!!

Malheureusement le SSD externe n'est plus visible depuis Catalina sur l'iMac, ni sur Monterey depuis le MBP M1.
J'ai tenté la récupération depuis l'iMac Catalina, devrais-je la tenter depuis le MBP Monterey ?

- il ne reste que la possibilité d'un logiciel de récupération de données --> pour éventuellement retrouver des fichiers du volume de type "Données" qui faisait partie du Conteneur. Ce - avant reformatage de l'apfs.​

- Malheureusement, il faut un logiciel de récupération pour les dernières données (non sauvegardées), aurais tu un nom ?

comment passer mon USER Catalina sur le MBP M1 Monterey sans corrompre le dit SSD externe ?

Résumé de l'histoire:
Tout semblait se passer pour le mieux, le MBP M1 a demandé quel User + un MDP, et transfert c'est effectué "normalement".

À la vérification, je me suis aperçu au premier coup d'oeil de nombreuses bizarreries, Mail n'est pas passé, les Photos s'arrêtent en 2019, le dossier Sites est vide., etc.

Je laisse tombé, et démonte le SSD externe proprement, le rebranche sur l'iMac et là il est corrompu et n'est plus en état ni pour l'un ni pour l'autre des Mac .....

Au prix ou j'ai acheté le beurrrrre M1, Apple aurait pu donner la vaseline

• Il se peut qu'Apple soit à incriminer et que les récents systèmes présentent des procédures de sécurité très strictes supportant mal d'anciens systèmes de fichiers. Mais un problème matériel n'est pas à exclure non plus, cela arrive même avec de la très bonne qualité
• On cite souvent Photorec, surtout si ce sont surtout des photos que tu souhaites récupérer. Il était gratuit dans le temps ... Tu risques d'avoir besoin d'un autre support physique externe pour cette récupération.

Photorec est en ligne de commande, sûrement le prix de la gratuité !
Autrement il y a aussi Datarescue ou bien Stellar Phoenix® Mac Data Recovery ou Diskwarrior , Techtool pro, Disk drill…

Pour les photos c'est bon, j'avais sauvegardé à part.
boninmi, je ne crois pas 15 secondes à un problème du SSD externe, juste au moment T.
Il va falloir que je teste sur un clone de mon SSD Catalina* une MàJ vers Big, et ensuite passer l'User depuis Big vers Monterey.
Si ça fonctionne ..... ouuuffff, mais que de temps perdu
Si non, mon plus gros problème sera comment passer Mail sans rien perdre de mes emails, boites, et de mon arboressence et règles.
Pour le reste je peux réinstaller et importer à la main.
Mais franchement, je l'ai en travers, c'est du bricolage de m.rde que je suis obligé de faire sur MBP M1 de luxe avec un OS de luxe, on dirait des problèmes de PC d'entrée de gamme ....

tkt, je ne juge pas, étant passé en IMAP il y a peu de temps

A OS identique, tu dois pouvoir t'en sortir en prenant le contenu Biblithèque / Mail / v_xxxx / MailData
Mais si les OS sont différents, il faut procéder par des Exports des boites Mail et des Imports pour garder la structure. Je l'avais fait avec succès sous El Capitan (je sais, ça date !).

Moi aussi, je l'avais fait, sous je ne sais plus quel OS mais c'était la galère, sans utiliser import/ export, """"simplement""" en mettant à la main les bons fichiers et dossiers ......
le problème c'est qu'n ce moment, je manque énormément de temps, je me serais bien passé de ça.

J'ai fais un clone de mon SSD interne Catalina sur un SSD externe (méfiance , puis j'ai MàJ le SSD externe en Big.
Ensuite j'ai branché le SSD externe sur le MBP M1 et l'User est passé """crème""" ....
(Allez comprendre, ce n'est pas la première fois que je passe un User avec un ou deux OS d'écart sans aucun problème, trop de sécurité tue la facilité ?)
Bon on ne comptera pas le temmmmmmmmmmmps, ni les quelques données perdues dans la bataille.
