Update on Registration Problems
You may have encountered a few problems trying to register the Missing Sync. We apologize for the inconvenience, but have resolved the problems and offer the following steps.
1) Invalid Registration Code Error
If you are getting an "Invalid Registration Code" error when trying to register The Missing Sync please visit
www.markspace.com/resend-codes.php and request a new email with a new reg code. A valid reg code will be a 13 digit number formatted like "314-XXXXX-XXXXX."
2) Missing Sync Quits on Launch
If after registering the software and quitting Missing Sync you are unable to launch it again follow these steps:
1. Delete the file com.markspace.missingsync.palmos.plist found in the user's Library/Preferences folder.
2. Enter the registration code you received via email (The format should be like "314-XXXXX-XXXXX.")
3. Continue with the registration process.
Now Missing Sync should be ready to go!
