Installation OS 10.6.2 et kernel panic

Bonjour à toute la comunauté,
Actuellement suite à différents "plantages" due a un kernel panic, je tente la reinstallation de OS 10.6.2... livré d´origine avec l'ordi... et là grosse surprise après un moment lorsqu'il reste 12 min d'installation ... KERNEL PANIC à nouveau (4 essais effectués) et les tests avec le logiciel Apple Hard Ware ne signal aucun défaut de memoire ni autre...bref il me reste un joli presse papier à 1800 euro pour le moment... un peu cher quand même... car je ne peu plus rien en faire.
Je vous avoue que je serai heureux de savoir si quelqu'un a une idée à ce sujet. je dois repartir en deplacement dans peu de temps et sans ordi ca va pas être évident.

Config: Mac book pro 15" - intel core 2 duo - 2,66 Ghz - Mem 4Go DIMMO 1067 Mhz-

Dans ce cas là, la première chose à faire est non pas de réinstaller, mais d'aller lire le rapport de plantage (panic.log).

Fais un copier / coller du contenu de ce fichier panic.log sur ce topic et on pourra peut-être t'aider.

OK merci pour les infos, je regarder pour redemarrer et recuperer les renseignements demandés dès demain et je vous met tout ca sur mon prochain message.
Pas le choix pour le re instal (du moins je pense pas avoir eu d'autre option)-> Kernel panic à repetition au démarrage au bout de 2 min...
Je sais que vous êtes pas le SAV MAC mais je suis au Mexique en ce moment et assez loin de Mexico City pour pouvoir aller voir dans un Apple store et consulter sur place.

Verification faite il y a pas encore d'Apple store ouvert au Mexique .... en gros j'ai pas de beaucoup de solutions pour résoudre ce problème si je ne sais pas le faire par moi même...
Je vais finir par croire que Apple ou windaube c'est la même chose...pas bien ou pas bien faut choisir... Ouai un peu de désespoir car je perd trop de temps a essayer de faire fonctionner la machine plutôt qu'en profiter.

Encore une fois, si le problème est hardware, tu peux toujours réinstaller 150 fois, ça ne servira à rien. Dans ce cas, si c'est un problème hardware du Mac lui-même, la plupart du temps la seule chose à prévoir est de le faire réparer.

Ok ca marche je prends bonne note de vos remarques. Le reinstal est le fruit de trop nombreux plantages sur XP et autre qui m'ont laissé de mauvais reflexes.... :rateau:
En substance j'ai fait une reinstall après avoir essayer de regarder avec Onyx pour réparer et faire vérifier le disque par mon mac qui ne m'a pas signalé de problèmes.... et il me semblait que après avoir lu un tuto sur un site mac ca devait aller mieux....

Maintenant que la St Valentin est passée :love:.... je recommence les bidouilles...
je vais essayer de voir avec le lien que tu m'as donné et faire l'essai et voir si le problème persiste après. ... C'est là le seul point problématique détecté a travers le panic log?

Bon ben je suis allé voir pour le reset SMC.... effectivement dans le descriptif des détails des problemes de cette nature l'ordi ne répond pas toujours aux sollicitations lors de d’un appui sur le bouton d’alimentation.

C'est clairement un problème hardware. Ton ordinateur est encore sous garantie, il faut l'emmener dans un centre agréé Apple, pour que l'on te change la pièce défaillante.

Bon ben je vais essayer de trouver sur place .... il y a un vendeur agreer ici ou je suis a San luis Potosi (Mexico).... et je vais passer voir ce qu'il en est..

A part pour des raisons de moderation, c'est pas l'habitude du forum de fermer un sujet

je voulais dire que je vais passer voir pour un réparation et arrêter de me prendre le chou avec les kernel log... Pas encore habitué au forum

il va de soi que je vais te donner les dernières infos concernant le problème ainsi que la solution trouvée... .. et en faire profiter le reste de la communauté.

Bon ben voila depuis hier le mac est parti en réparation.... un peu peur ici au Mexique de trouver pas forcément un vrai professionnel Autorisé Apple mais si ...au contraire une petite boutique sympa...logo Apple qui vends du matos avec des techniciens assez agréables .. qui doit me donner des news demain... je vous tiens informés ... ...

Bon eh ben merci la garantie... car le problème semblait être la carte mère en plus de la memoire ....
Eh ouai...changement standart... recupération du mac et precision fin de semain prochaine... en ce moment en vacance sur la plage... (30ºc...sable... téquila et mescal à volonté..) j'ai pris des nouvelle par téléphone.. très sympa dans la boutique... et je vais savoir pourquoi en le récupérant...
