J'ai téléchargé une version d'essai de iStat Menus, qui semblait assez claire. Voici un screen pendant une utilisation normale :

A savoir que dans l'historique, le Mac ne chauffe pas particulièrement juste avant de s'éteindre... Et pour le coup, il n'as pas soufflé cette fois ci.
