10.12 Sierra Plus d'accès à AppStore et Itunes depuis chez moi uniquement

Bonjour,

Mon problème est le suivant : quand je suis chez moi, App Store et Itunes ont HS. Je n'ai aucun message d'erreur, mais tout est grisé et impossible de faire une mise à jour.

Le problème est identique sur mes deux macbook pro : mon ancien, un 17' late 2011, et mon nouveau, un 15' 2016. A noter que j'ai fait une time machine du premier vers le second.

Le problème apparaît uniquement chez moi. Dès que j'arrive au boulot, aucun soucis.

Au bout d'un moment lorsque iTunes est ouvert, j'ai le message suivant : "Itunes n'as pas pu se connecter à l'tunes store. La connexion réseau a expiré". Lorsque je tente de me déconnecter de mon compte Apple depuis l'Appstore, même genre de message au bout d'un temps d'attente. Visiblement, le problème est lié au compte, mais, en même temps, mon iPhone et mon iPad fonctionnent très bien depuis chez moi.

Est-ce que, au travail comme chez toi, tu utilises la même interface réseau physique (le ouifi ou une connexion filaire) ?

Est-ce que tu utilises un pare-feu pour les connexions sortantes, genre LittleSnitch ? Plus généralement, as-tu configuré les pare-feu de tes MBP ?
(qu'il y ait le même comportement pour les deux montre que le transfert via TimeMachine et assistant de migration a plutôt bien fonctionné sur ce point )

Cette phrase m'inquiète un peu; comment se comportent 2 machines exactement identiques sur le réseau : même nom de "maison" etc. ??
Ce problème perdure lorsque l'un des 2 MBP est éteint?
Pas de Little Snitch installé? As-tu essayé de changer tes DNS?

Je suis en "découverte auto proxy", aucune autre case cochée.
J'ai juste "*.local, 169.254/16" marqué dans la case "ignorer les réglages proxy..."

Au boulot, le proxy est détecté manuellement.

Comment es-tu connecté à la box?
As-tu la possibilité de te connecter en ethernet?

Avec la case décochée, ça semble fonctionner. App Store et Itunes opérationnels. En revanche, si je me souviens bien, cette case était cochée depuis bien longtemps pour me permettre de passer du boulot à la maison sans avoir à repasser par les réglages réseaux. Je me trompe ? Si c'est bien le cas, pourquoi cela ne marche-t-il plus ?

Tu utilises quel type de connexion au bureau et à la maison? Ethernet, Wifi?

As-tu fait une mise à jour du système dernièrement?

Au boulot : en ethernet via mon Thunderbolt display ou en wifi, ça dépend
Chez moi, wifi uniquement.

Dernière MàJ système : quand la 10.12.2 est sortie, avant les vacances de Noël, je crois. C'était sur l'ancien MB Pro.

Donc il ne te reste plus qu'à créer une configuration réseau que tu peux appeler Maison et d'y désactiver le proxy.
Pour celle du boulot, tu pourras paramétrer le proxy et tu peux l'appeler Travail pour savoir ce que tu fais.

OK. Un grand merci à tous pour m'avoir aidé à converger vers ce problème de config proxy. Je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi ça marchait avant et plus maintenant, mais bon, le problème semble réglé.
