pro tools le 7.1.1 crash au demarrage

Hello,

protools marchait tres bien avant. je ne m'en suis pas servi pendant quelques semaines, donc j'ai peut etre installé une appli qui cause le probleme aujourdh'ui pendant ce laps de temps.

je suis sur imac 2Ghz Intel Core Duo, osx 10.4.9.

et donc le crash que j'obtiens à chaque lancement est le suivant:

j'ai tout desinstallé et tout reinstaller mais ca fait toujours la meme chose... je suis à deux doigts de reinstaller l'OS... please help me

Bonjour et bienvenue,

La premi&#232;re chose &#224; faire lorsqu'une application se plante au lancement, alors que pr&#233;alablement elle fonctionnait correctement, c'est de virer son fichier de pr&#233;f&#233;rences (simplement le d&#233;placer, sur le bureau par exemple, avant de le mettre &#224; la corbeille).

En l'occurence, il s'agit du fichier "maison->biblioth&#232;que->pr&#233;f&#233;rences->Pro Tools LE v7.1.1 Preferences" (j'ai un petit doute sur le v7.1.1, mais c'est quelque chose comme &#231;a).

Essaye d'abord cette manip, puis si &#231;a ne fonctionne toujours pas, on essayera d'aller un peu plus loin.

[edit] Je viens de r&#233;aliser que tu es sous 10.4.9, or Digidesign ne valide (et encore du bout des l&#232;vres) cette mise &#224; jour qu'&#224; condition d'effectuer la mise &#224; jour combo. C'est &#233;galement une chose &#224; tenter.

Je tiens d'abord à vous remercier pour vos informations utiles et je souvent sur le site pour trouver réponses à mes problèmes. Malheureusement je ne suis pas assez calé pour vous aider en contrepartie, désolé...ça viendra peut être avec le temps...

Donc,

J'ai la même config. et je ne me suis pas servi de ProTools M Powered pendant qques semaines.
Je veux le lancer et l'icone Protools dans ma barre en bas, ne saute qu'un fois sur elle même et c'est tout...
Une histoire de fous...
J'ai aussi essayé l'astuce des préférences Protools dans le bureau mais ça n'a rien fait...
Je suis de plus pressé par le temps et ça me met en rogne...

Si qqu'un a une solution...

Si tu as install&#233; la mise &#224; jour combo 10.4.9 et vir&#233; les pr&#233;f&#233;rences de ProTools il reste deux choses &#224; tenter:

- R&#233;parer les autorisations.

- D&#233;sinstaller ProTools, puis le r&#233;installer.

Je ne connais pas PT M Powered mais j'imagine que, comme pour la version LE, il existe un d&#233;sinstalleur dans le dossier "Applications->Digidesign->Pro Tools->Pro Tools Utilities".

D'où vient le problème en fait? Ca devrait être simple : appuyer sur le bouton et lancer le programme...surtout quand ça marchait il y a deux mois...
Qu'est ce qui a pu se passer entre ma dernière utilisation et aujourd'hui?

Vous pouvez également vérifier et réparer les autorisations sur un disque de démarrage Mac OS X. Il peut arriver que les autorisations utilisateur associées aux fichiers ou aux applications soient endommagées, ce qui peut empêcher l'ouverture d'un fichier ou d'une application. Pour en savoir plus sur le test et la réparation des disques, ouvrez Utilitaire de disque dans le dossier /Applications/Utilitaires et choisissez Aide > Aide Utilitaire de disque.

J'avais déjà et j'ai donc encore reinstallé ProTools
mais ça ne marche pas.

Au risque de paraître un peu obstiné, j'insiste sur la nécessité de désinstaller avant de réinstaller.

Mais si c'est déja fait et que la réparation des autorisations ne donne rien, je vais quand même rappeler que Digidesign ne valide pas officiellement l'utilisation de ProTools avec 10.4.9. Auquel cas il sera peut être indispensable pour toi de repasser à 10.4.8.

A tout hasard, quelle est la version de PT dont tu disposes? Il existe peut être une mise à jour qui fonctionnerait mieux.

Ce n'est certainement pas le m&#234;me &#233;quipement, puisque il utilise PT LE et toi PT M Powered. Donc il a un interface Digidesign (mBox ou DIGI OO2) et toi un interface M-Audio. &#199;a pourrait &#234;tre (c'est) une cause de fonctionnement diff&#233;rent.

Par contre il n'existe pas d'update pour la version 7.1.1. Donc pour le moment je n'ai plus d'id&#233;es.

Attends peut &#234;tre un peu d'avoir d'autres suggestions avant de repasser &#224; 10.4.8 car c'est une solution qui n&#233;cessite une r&#233;installation compl&#232;te du syst&#232;me &#224; partir des disques d'origine, puis ensuite effectuer toutes les mises &#224; jour et r&#233;installer ProTools (apr&#232;s l'avoir d&#233;sinstall&#233; ). Il sera toujours pr&#233;sent dans le dossier Applications si tu choisis l'option "Archive et Installe", mais il ne fonctionnera pas (c'est vrai m&#234;me dans le cas ou il fonctionnait parfaitement avant r&#233;installation, donc a fortiori dans ton cas).
