Problème kernel panic

Salut à tous !

Depuis quelques jours, j'ai un problème qui se répète à peu près toutes les 40 minutes (parfois moins). L'écran de mon ordinateur devient gris et un message en 4 langues me demande de redémarrer mon ordinateur. Après quelques recherches, j'ai découvert que mon problème s'appelait un "kernel panic". Je suis sous Mac OS X version 10.4.11. Aucun périphérique n'étant branché la première fois que c'est arrivé (à part mon clavier et ma souris) et j'ai récemment téléchargé un logiciel incompatible avec Mac (extension = exe) que je n'arrive pas à supprimer (l'icône disparaît lorsque j'appuie dessus. Redémarre avec Majuscule enfoncée et regarde si cela se produit encore?

Alors, j'ai essayé, j'ai maintenu la touche majuscule pendant une trentaine de seconde mais l'ordi ne redémarre pas...
