macOS Ventura problèmes avec Ventura et sécurité

Bonjour à tous, je rencontre beaucoup de soucis ces temps-ci sur macMini M1 avec Ventura et quasiment tous les navigateurs que j'essaie, y compris Safari.
Ma box semble bien fonctionner, je précise ! un autre ordinateur équipé de la même manière semble très bien fonctionner, bien que je le sollicite moins.
Souvent sur une requête en navigateur, et de façon plutôt aléatoire, il se met à ramer puis toute requête http, même avec un autre navigateur, semble échouer.

Pour les fins connaisseurs de macOS s'il y en a ici, voici un extrait de la console sur un filtrage après plantage du navigateur Opera puis échec de lancement de Vivaldi, que faire ?
Cela arrive donc avec d'autres navigateurs... Note : j'ai dû une fois booter en mode de récupération pour permettre à une application d'installer une extension que le système refusait par défaut. Mais pas certain que cela ait quelque chose à voir.

J'ai trouvé l'issue en réglant un autre problème, et ai fait d'une pierre deux coups sans le savoir...
Le problème réseau venait de Timemachine qui fonctionnait avec une installation d'openmediavault 6 sur un nas.
OMV6 était rentré dans un état instable depuis la MAJ 5->6, du coup j'en ai eu marre et j'ai réinstallé un debian 11 + samba en mode minimal pour le NAS... Tout est alors rentré dans l'ordre.
