macOS Sonoma redémarrage suite à une erreur, tous les jours

Bonjour,

Je suis sous Sonoma 14.4.1 et depuis pas mal de temps, quasiment tous les jours, lorsque je viens sur mon ordi, je me rends compte que toutes les sessions sont fermées car l'ordi a redémarré, suite à une erreur.

J'ai un message d'erreur lorsque je me connecte m'indiquant que le Mac a du redémarrer suite à un soucis.

Je vous ai mis le contenu du rapport en dessous.

Est ce que quelqu'un peut me dire ce qui pose problème régulièrement ?

Ça a l’air d’être un problème assez répandu (voir ici)
Le problème ne semble pas complètement cerné ; des solutions semblent fonctionner pour certains (passer le(s) moniteur(s) en 60hz, utiliser des résolutions « par defaut », désactiver la mise en veille…)

J'ai le même problème plusieurs fois par jour. Ceci est apparu suite à la mise à jour Sonoma 14.4.1. J'utilise un Mac mini connecté à un HP243m

La réinstallation de Sonoma m'a libéré du problème pendant 24 heures...

Si cela peut aider, dans mon rapport de diagnostic, j'obtiens ce message :

Je vous encourage à choisir l'option Signaler à Apple (et pas Ignorer) sur la fenêtre de diagnostic qui s'ouvre afin qu'un maximum de gens rapporte le problème et qu'une solution soit trouvée.

Merci pour vos premières réponses, en ce qui me concerne, je n'aperçois du problème lorsque j'ai besoin de l'ordi, et que je le réveille (je ne l'éteins jamais, sauf lorsque je pars longtemps), et je me rends compte que les sessions sont fermées et que j'ai le message d'erreur en me loguant sur ma session.
Mon Mac mini est branché en HDMI sur un écran externe iiyama 2483h.
Le problème ne se présente jamais lorsque j'utilise l'ordi, c'est systématique en le réveillant qu'on se rend compte qu'il a rebooté depuis la dernière utilisation.

Pour la solution proposée, mon écran est déjà en 60Hz. Par rapport au lien GitHub, je n'ai pas betterdisplay sur mon ordi.

En parcourant d'autres forum, j'ai essayé comme certains d'empêcher la mise en veille dans les parametres et cela semble fonctionner depuis quelques heures.

La réinstallation de Sonoma m'a libéré du problème pendant 24 heures...

Typiquement, 24h après une réinstallation, c'est qu'il y a un logiciel qui a été réinstallé dans l'intervalle et qui fait planter la machine.

Si le système fonctionne sans aucun logiciel installé à la sortie d'une installation propre, c'est qu'il y a un problème avec un logiciel tiers.

J'avais eu l'impression que le passage en 50 Hz avait corrigé le bug, mais en fait non. Il est revenu quelques temps plus tard.

Je ne suis pas d'accord avec toi, MrTom, 24h est un délai trop court pour affirmer que le système fonctionnait bien pendant 24h et fonctionne mal après. Ce soucis peut ne pas se présenter pendant 3-4 jours, et bugguer le 5e jour. On peut donc raisonnablement émettre l'hypothèse que le système buguait dès le début, mais qu'il a fallu 24h pour que le bug se déclenche (d'autant qu'il ne se déclenche que lorsque l'ordi rentre, sort ou est en veille, jamais pendant l'utilisation.)

Les mise à jour se suivent et ne corrigent toujours pas le soucis....

Me concernant, j’ai bloqué la mise en veille et je suis tranquille. Cependant j’imagine que le Mac va subir une usure prématurée de ses composants…
