MacBook Pro Chauffe, ralentissement, et crash

Bonjour,

J'ai un MBP 2018, et depuis un mois ou deux, il chauffe, parfois j'ai de gros ralentissement sans raisons (juste safari avec 3 onglets et visual studio code), et pire, j'ai parfois des gros crashs. Je vois souvent le kernel_task entre 100 et 200% d'utilisation CPU...

J'ai fais un rapport EtreCheck, mais bon je ne vois pas de chose bien concrètes, à part l'utilisation iCloud qui a l'air énorme.

créer une autre session pour voir comment l'ordi se comporte avec ?

Tu devrais virer quelques trucs et les snapshots qui doivent prendre pas mal de place… Vu qu'il ne te reste pas énormément d'espace sur ton disque.
