GPU PANIC - besoin d'aide....

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un mac book pro de mi -2010, j'en suis content, il tourne toujours bien
Processeur 2,4 GHz Intel Core i5
Mémoire 8 Go 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphisme NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 Mo
Logiciel OS X 10.9.5 (13F1066)

Mon mac est branché par un cable dvi / mini dvi a écran externe 27" un écran Fujitsu P27T-6 IPS 27 pouces haute définition 2 560 x 1 440 pixels.

Seulement quelque chose qui était assez rare est en train d'etre quotidien, mon mac book pro redémarre.depuis que je suis passé à Mavericks (enfin je pense que c'est ça)... rien hier, mais trois fois aujourd'hui...

J'ai deux rapports que je souhaite montrer, il semble que c'est ma carte vidéo le soucis... que faire?

Bonjour,

Ca peut effectivement venir de ta carte graphique.
Tu pourrais par exemple débrancher tes écrans externes et voir si le problème est toujours là.
Tu peux aussi lancer un Apple Hardware Test.

Le problème est déjà venu quand je l'utilisais sans écran externe, je pensais que ça venait de Chrome, mais il me l'a déjà fait sans être connecté et sans être sur Chrome....

J'ai essayé de lancer un Apple Hardware Test, mais il ne se lance pas:

- J'ai allumé et appuyé sur D
- J'ai appuyé sur D et allumé

Et rien ne se passe...

Bonjour,

pour l'AHT : il est sur le DVD gris fourni avec la machine.

Insère le DVD, redémarre et maintiens la touche d appuyée jusqu'à l'écran bleu.

Ou bien, tu peux utiliser l'AHT en ligne, ton modèle y a accès :
- connecte toi à Internet, de préférence par Ethernet
- redémarre et maintiens Alt + d au boinng, jusqu'à l'apparition du globe terrestre qui tourne.

Un message te dis que la restauration par Internet va débuter, mais pas d'inquiétude, c'est bien l'AHT qui va se lancer, et non pas une restauration.

Alors pour le CD , je ne le retrouve plus... a l'époque c'était Snow Léopard...

L'AHT en ligne j'ai éssayé j'ai bien eu le petit globle qui tourne mais ensuite, j'ai eu comme message:

ET là il est resté bloqué..., j'ai forcer le bouton d'alimentation.

Il faut attendre le téléchargement des ressources nécessaires pour effectuer l'AHT.

La seule raison pour laquelle ça pourrait ne pas marcher serait si ton Macbook n'est pas à jour.
Mais comme il est sous Mavericks, il devrait l'être.
Il faut vérifier si des màj sont disponibles, si oui tu les fais, ensuite tu ré-essaies le Alt + d, mais il faut attendre "un certain temps" avant que l'AHT se lance.
Si ça ne marche pas je te donnerai une troisième méthode, un peu plus complexe, si tu le souhaites.

En principe tous les Macbook Pro de Mi-2010 ont acquis la possibilité de faire l'AHT en ligne grâce à des mises à jour (de l'EFI).

Puisque ça ne veut pas (tu n'es pas le seul) voici une autre méthode :

- identifie précisément ton modèle (/à propos de ce Mac/Plus d'infos/Rapport système/Matériel/identifiant du modèle)
- télécharge l'AHT correspondant : https://github.com/upekkha/AppleHardwareTest

Je sais bien, il y avait aussi un programme de remplacement pour les CG des iMac 27, et pour moi pas de bol, personne ne veut rien entendre. Dépassement de 4 mois, je suis bon pour acheter un nouvel iMac.

Une CG avec 2 Go de mémoire c'est minimum 400 €.

Le AHT ne détecte pas tous les problèmes matériel (loin de là). On n'est donc toujours pas sûr qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un problème de carte graphique (dit autrement, il est toujours largement possible que le souci vienne de ta CG).

Ok, merci de vos retours, je vais lire les différents liens, notamment celui de Locke... J'ai pas bien compris cette histoire de CG remplacée, il y avait un programme de remplacement parce que les CG Nvidia étaient reconnu défectueuses avec Maverick ?

Apple a reconnu qu'il y avait un problème avec la CG des modèles MBP 15" de 2010 et proposait un changement gratuit et cela n'avait rien à voir avec Mavericks.. Mais là, le programme de remplacement est terminé, mais tu peux quand tenter ta chance, on ne sait jamais.
