kernel panic à répétition depuis le 29/04/2007

Je rencontre des kernels panic à répétition depuis 15 jours, tant sur mon MacBook que celui de ma soeur.

Les deux ordi sont des MacBook CoreDuo datant d'un peu moins d'un an / 1,83 Ghz / 2 Go de RAM / système 10.4.9 avec les dernières mise à jour installées.

Le KP peut intervenir n'importe quand, mais surtout au réveil. Je soupçonne un pb airport, mais aucune certitude. Les deux ordi sont reliés en WIFI sur des routeurs non Apple (NETGEAR).

Sur le mien, tout a commencé par la webcam qui diffusait un fond totalement vert. J'avais dû effectuer la RAZ de la PMU. Y-a-t-il une pile à changer sur la carte mère de ces ordis ?

Les barettes de mon ordi ont quasiment un an, ce qui n'est pas le cas de celui de ma soeur. Petite précision : les barettes des deux ordis viennent de fournisseurs différents (Macway / FNAC) et achetéées à plus de 6 mois d'intervalle. Elles sont bien fixées.

Sur l'ordi de ma soeur, je m'étais dit que ça pouvait être dû aux barettes récemment changées : je l'ai repassé aux 512 Mo d'origine et cela semble avoir calmé les KP pour le moment.

Existe-t-il un logiciel de test des barettes ?

Au final, comme les deux ordis ont commencé a avoir des kernel panic en même temps, je reste persuadé que nous faisons face à un pb logiciel (mises à jour Apple) ...

j'ai eu aussi un pb de mon côté il y a 4 ans sur un Powerbook Titanium après une mise à jour Apple, du jour au lendemain. KP et blue screen (écran bleu avec sortie de session: je me retrouvais sur la fenêtre de log in)
Ma RAM, testée sous MacOS 9 était toujours OK et le système sous MacOS 9.22 ne plantait jamais, mais sans testeur de RAM sous MacOS X (je n'en connais toujours pas à ce jour) je ne comprenais pas et pensait à autre chose et Apple n'a jamais pu m'aider avec sa Hotline.
J'ai après pas mal de déboires et de re installation, testé mes deux barettes certifiées l'une après l'autre et une des deux causaient des problèmes avec la 10.24 alors qu'elle fonctionnait en 10.23 (de mémoire). J'enrageais car elle avait fonctionné 14 mois et ça me faisait descendre de 764 à 512 mo de RAM. Je pense que c'était du à un pb de sensibilité augmentée par les réglages de la mise à jour.
Ma seule solution: faire un test avec une seule barette à la fois et ensuite, si cela a changé quelque chose, se débarrasser de la fautive et éventuellement la remplacer :mad:
Une installation propre et un passage à la version antérieure, chez moi, n'avait pas réglé le problème.

Bonjour à tous,

Pour l'ordi de ma soeur, pb réglé : une barette PNY avait lâché qqes jours après l'installation.

Pour le mien, c'est + compliqué : les 2 barettes ont passé avec succès le test en 3 passes de memtest (1 h de test par barette) mais l'ordi continue à présenter des KP souvent au réveil ... bizarre.

En changeant de barettes, le pb disparaît ...

J'avais un problème similaire (pas jusqu'au KP mais des "gels" réguliers). Après tests, apple a changé la carte mère et m'a fortement conseillé de réinstaller entièrement l'OS (sans reprendre les archives, dans les options lors de la lecture du disc 1).
Voilà, hésite pas à laisser ta machine chez apple car finalement tu perdras moins de temps et c'est gratuit !
