kernel panic intempestifs avec VMware Fusion 3.1.2

Bonjour à tous je subis des kernel panic à répétition quand j'utilise VMWare Fusion 3.1.2 sur lequel j'utilise microsoft Seven 64bit.
C'est arrete brutaux semble aléatoire hier j'ai passé la journée sur ma machine virtuelle et pas de souci tout a l'heure je la lance et bim Kernel panic. Il m'est arrivé d'avoir 3 kernel panic consécutifs. je sais pas trop comment faire voici le log du dernier arret brutal:
