- dans la fenêtre des 4 Utilitaires macOS > lance l'option : "Réinstaller macOS" => et choisis Macintosh HD comme destination lorsque cela te sera proposé.​

Note : quand tu auras ouvert ta session d'utilisateur après la réussite de l'installation => il faudra qu'on supprime la partition OS X Base System de queue de disque > et qu'on récupère son espace au Conteneur principal recréé.
 
C'est fait. Pour gagner du temps ce soir, je n'ai pas encore procédé à l'import des données de ma sauvegarde TimeMachine (elle n'est d'ailleurs pas terminée depuis mon ancien Macbook). Je m'y attèlerai dès que possible, via "assistant Migration".
Mais j'ai créé, puis ouvert, ma session sur le nouveau, en effet.

Je suppose que tu as réinstallé l'OS et que tu peux ouvrir une session dans Macintosh HD démarré ?

Pardon d'avoir oublié de le préciser. Oui, en effet, l'OS a été réinstallé (MacOS X 10.13.6 > High Sierra), et j'ai ouvert une session sur le disque Macintosh HD.

Quelle sera l'étape suivante ? Supprimer la partition faite précédemment et le disque créer pour l'installation ?

Poste le retour complet. Il arrive que High Sierra s'installe avec une erreur dans l'apfs qui verrouille en taille le Conteneur apfs. Si c'était le cas => la partition OS X Base System pourrait encore servir. Si ce n'est pas le cas => on va la supprimer et récupérer son espace.
