novice : problèmes pour accéder à l'internet

Bonjour à tous ,
je suis novice sur mac et j'ai des petit soucis lorsque je vais sur internet certaine page sont blanche ou alors quand je veux aller sur ma messagerie sfr le chargement reste bloqué à 2%.
et quand je vais sur le boncoin et que je veux faireune recherche cela me renvoi sur la carte de france.
Lorsque je veux telecharger des programmes cela fonctionne mais je ne peux pas les installer.
merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Il te faut trouver un Leopard générique à installer sur ta machine

tes soucis sont probablement dus en partie à un OS très ancien avec des sites et applications qui eux ont évolué

ceci dit il peut aussi y avoir d'autres causes liées au mac( comme un souci de navigateur ou de session ou de réseau )

tu vas CREER un autre utilisateur mac
( preferences systeme / comptes)
et sur ce compte #2
tu testes sfr etc
(et si possible en ethernet)

en passant ton OS n'est pas à jour !
10.3.5 , il te manque 4 mises à jour

cliquer le menu mise à jour de logiciels

et tu finiras en 10.3.9

j'ai creé un nouveau compte cela fait la meme chose et je suis brancher en ethernet.
j'ai voulu faire la mise a jour de logiciel il me dit "votre logiciel est a jour" " veuillez réessayer plutard"
et quand je télécharge des programmes il me marque "erreur lors du montage"

ok donc souci global

il y a une contradiction entre

MAC OS X
version 10.3.5

et ca

""votre logiciel est a jour"

car la derniere version de panther ( ce systeme) est 10.3.9

donc soit tu n'as pas fait la mise à jour globale ( je parle pas du navigateur mais de TOUT, via menu pomme quand on est sur le finder)
soit y a une erreur dans ce que tu indiques

REverifier si c'est vraiment 10.3.5

erreur lors du montage
probablement car tu tentes de mettre des programmes NON compatibles

je suis allé dans le menu pomme et a propos de ce mac et j'ai bien la version 10.3.5
comment je peux faire les mise a jour (je connais pas du tout mac).

rien d'étonnant !

non seulement ton systeme est ancien( donc avec des choses non faisables en 2013)
, mais jusqu'à ce jour il ne fut pas du tout entretenu!
(ne pas avoir fait les mises à jour en est un signe)

il va falloir t'y mettre et apprendre des choses
Malheureusement les pages d'aide web , tutoriaux divers , concernant panther sont de plus en plus rares, on en trouve encore , tu devras fouiner
( panther a 10 ans ce qui à l'échelle informatique , est... le moyen age)

je te donne un exemple
le navigateur Firefox
époque panther: derniere version compatible 2.00.20
firefox 2013 derniere version...21 ( et 22 , 23 dejà dispos)
et c'est pareil pour tous les logiciels

donc on va faire avec ce qui existe en 2013
globalement les grands principes restent inchangés
(voir liste en bas)

tu vas commencer par verifier-réparer les autorisations
ca se fait via utilitaire disque qui est dans Applications/utilitaires
le mac a le manuel dans l'aide mac ( ou dans utilitaire disque) si t'as jamais fait

et pour tes longues soirées de printemps quasi automnal
des videos et de la lecture
Et hop !

tu vas CREER un nouveau compte utilisateur Mac

( preferences systeme/comptes)

le reste est detaillé dans l'aide mac ou aide preferences systeme

et tester Safari sur ce compte 2

ca passe ou pas?

bon t'as des mises à jour residuelles à faire

par exemple ...Safari
( le dernier pour ton OS etant 1.3.2 (312.6)

et apparement t'as aussi des soucis javascript
(et là c'est plus délicat)

on va voir ce que le mac voit comme mises à jour à faire

depuis le bureau - finder
menu pomme/ mise à jour de logiciels

En 10.3, il y avait peut-être déjà un utilitaire nommé Préférences Java ?
Ou une Préférence dans Safari qui permettait d'activer javascript ??

En tout cas, il y a deux problèmes, qui sont peut-être liés : javascript de Safari et mises à jour du menu .

Vu l'âge du Mac et le rapport de crash, peut-être un problème matériel ?
