je réalise un site avec IWEB j'utlise cyberduck pour le transferer sur internet avec le sitre ifrance.com

lorsque je souhaite voir mon site sur internet il apparait des A majuscules avec un accent circonflexe. ce phénomène se passe avec safari et firefox tandis qu'avec IE Mac pas de pb d'affichage!!!!

j'ai besoin de vos lumières pour comprendre....

Salut, quel encodage utilises tu ?

Peux tu nous mettre un petit lien ?
 
Sur ton navigateur (FF par exemple), tu peux choisir l'encodage de ta page dans Affichage->Encodage des caractères, ou Présentation->Encodage du texte sous Safari.

Il faut pour bien lire la page sur le browser, que l'encodage de ta page et l'encodage du navigateur soient les mêmes.

Essaie encodage UTF-8 et ta page passe nickel

Pourquoi veux tu faire une tabulation :confused:, nous ne sommes pas dans un traitement de texte.
Pour la gestion des retraits de première ligne tu pourras utiliser l'attribut "text-indent" en lui donnant une valeur en pixel par exemple.

oui... il code comme un cochon, mais le r&#233;sultat ne t'interpelle t-il pas ? les limites de l'exercice sont assez vite atteintes... non ? Pour v&#233;rifier son travail, il est un moment o&#249; il faut mettre le nez dedans (ie le code)
 
si mais je trouvais qu'il était simple d'utilisation et comme je n'ai pas envie de mettre au codage car pas le temps d'apprendre c'était une bonne alternative, non?
 
est il possible que ce soit Ifrance qui retranscrit mal le site?
sinon j'ai ouvert un compte d'essai .mac et ça marche sans pb!!! mais j'ai pas envie de payer car c'est trop cher à mon gout

Je ne fais que souligner les limites de l'exercice...;). Pas envie de relancer le d&#233;bat sur l'int&#233;r&#234;t ou non de ce logiciel ; il a ses afficionados...

Non ifrance ne "retranscrit" pas "mal le site". Il ne fait qu'appliquer l'encodage que tu lui indiques...
As tu lu ma r&#233;ponse un peu plus haut concernant ton probl&#232;me ?

Toujours au sujet d'iWeb et de l'encodage, il n'y pas de possibilité de régler cet encodage par défaut directement dans iWeb?
Rapidweaver fait cela.
 
Ifrance doit mal retranscrire tes pages et te les convertir automatiquement en ISO ...
J'ai eu le même problème avec mon hébergeur.

Pour le résoudre, j'ai crée un fichier .htacces à la racine de mon site, dans lequel j'ai inscrit la commande : AddDefaultCharset Off

Depuis, plus de soucis d'accents !
Tiens nous au jus ! :up:
