Problème lors de l'extinction

Bonjour à tous,

Je possède un IMAC sous OS Catalina 10.15.7 .... 4/5 lors que j'éteins mon mac, j'ai l'écran qui se fige sans dock et sans dossier sur le bureau. Il reste quelques minutes dans cet état puis redémarre.
Lors qu'il redémarre, je l'éteins directement sans renter mon mot de passe, l'extinction se passe alors sans soucis.

Un message d'erreur apparait lors du nouveau démarrage :

Le numéro de série a également subitement disparu lors d'une mise à jour ou d'un formatage.

Bonjour,

Tu pourrais faire un démarrage en mode sans échec, puis redémarrer et éteindre, afin de voir si le problème est réglé ?

Manifestement tu as un iMac 13,2 c'est à dire un late-2012. Tu confirmes ?
