Je suis nouvelle sur le forum, j'espère que mon message concerne la bonne catégorie .
J'ai un gros souci sur mon mac et je n'arrive pas à trouver de solution malgré mes recherches...
Comme il s'agit de mon ordinateur de travail, c'est un gros souci!!

Est-ce que tu peux décrire plus précisément le problème ? Que se passe-t-il exactement ? C'est lors du lancement d'Entourage qu'il y a plantage ? Au cours de l'utilisation ? Lors de la reconstruction de la base de données (comme peut le laisser penser le titre du fil) ?

Est-ce nouveau ? Cela survient-il après une manip particulière (mise à jour, installation,...) ? As-tu des messages d'erreur (et que disent-ils) ?

Merci bcp pour votre réponse!
Dès que je lance Entourage, l'utilitaire de base de données se lance immédiatement, et Entourage me dit qu'il ne peut pas se lancer, et que je dois essayer de reconstruire la base de données.
Cependant, j'ai fait la manipulation plusieurs fois ce matin, et je n'arrive pas au bout de la reconstruction, ça ne marche pas.
Quand je clique sur la base de données utility.log, voilà ce que j'ai :

C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive, je n'avais jamais eu de problème jusqu'à ce jour...

Quand à word, excel, ppt, j'arrive accéder à mes infos même si j'ai tout de même un message d'erreur : on me dit que la BDD Office a un problème et / ou est endommagée, et qu'il se peut que je n'arrive pas à accéder à mon carnet d'adresse, album et autres informations personnelles. Et à nouveau, on me demande de reconstruire la BDD... ce qui ne marche pas.

A priori, il faut vérifier que les conditions de reconstruction soient réunies (assez de place sur le disque dur, puisqu'il y a duplication de la base de données, vérifier que tu as les autorisations nécessaires pour modifier les fichiers concernés, faire une réparation du disque éventuellement,...)

Si c'est bien le cas et que ça ne donne toujours rien, c'est probablement que la corruption de la base de données est trop importante pour être réparée. En quel cas, il faut aller chercher ta sauvegarde la plus récente du dossier "Identité principale" et la mettre à la place de l'actuelle. Tu n'auras perdu que ce qui a été fait entre la date de la sauvegarde et aujourd'hui. Evidemment, la sauvegarde courra le risque de rencontrer les même ennuis que l'actuelle, il te faut donc de toute urgence en faire une reconstruction dès que tu l'auras mise en place.

Si tu n'as pas de sauvegarde... eh bien les choses sont mal engagées...

Oui, normal et lié à la question précédente, puisque les applications Office vérifient au lancement l'accessibilité à la base de données.

J'ai pu effectivement résoudre (en partie) mon problème en vidant mon disque, ce qui bloquait la reconstruction de la base.
Reste plus qu'à assainir la base de données

Tu dis que tu as vidé ton disque dur...pas complètement? Tu as juste supprimé pas mal de fichiers?
