Bonjour,

je vous demande votre opinion suite à des plantages de l'iMac en plein fonctionnement (session Chrome, iTunes et Mail ouvertes) --> écran gris qui apparaît, la musique de l'iTunes continue à sonner, aucune autre action possible (clavier et souris totalement inactifs).

Résultat de l'Apple Hardware Test version étendue --> tout le matos est OK.

J'ai l'impression que le problème est lié à du software.

Reset PRAM, Reset SMC Répare le Disque dur depuis le recovery et les Autorisations.

Vois ce que ça donne. si ça continue, tu formatte et tu réinstalle tout.

- Réparer (éventuellement)

Il donne une bonne indication en cas de problème et pour vider les caches c'est "commode".
