Itunes 11.3.1 Plante

Bonjour,

Je viens vers vous car depuis cet aprém mon itunes à décidé de ne plus lire mes musiques.

ce matin tout allez biens t soudainement, il plante et m'affine une fenêtre avec tout un bloc texte incompréhensible pour moi ^^.
j'ai cherché un peu partout et j'ai lue qu'il fallait désinstaller itunes et le réinstaller mais rien a faire !
Alors je me suis dit faut ptétre que je réinstalle l'os complet (au moins en repartant de la base il ne devrait pas y avoir de souci ^^) mais bon avant de me lancer dans cette galère je demande si vous avez pas une petite soluce efficace qui réglerai ce problème quelque peu ennuyeux ....

C'est vraiment embêtant car du coup je ne peux même plus changer mes ziques sur mon iphone ni même faire une sauvegarde système et ça deviens vraiment lourd ...

*tester sur une autre session
verification du fonctionnement de l'application ou fonction à problème sur un autre compte- une session2
( session1 fermée c'est mieux)
Tester sur un vrai compte 2, compte invité si c'est très ponctuel
Au besoin créer un vrai compte test ( preferences systeme/ comptes) et le garder car ca reservira toujours, pour tests ou examen des differences de fichiers
Si ca marche sur session2 , le souci est local ( session1)
et il faudra réparer la session1

si ca ne marche pas bien sur session2 , le souci est un niveau plus haut ( application, OS ou matériel) et on passe aux mesures globales

*nettoyage-maintenance : voir l'outil Maintenance qui fait ca très bien

Ma réponse est faite pour que tu vois que le fil a été déplacé. Ainsi, la prochaine fois tu seras plus attentif à l'endroit où tu postera ta demande. C'est donc dans un but informatif.
