lacie 2big quadra 4T

bonjour à tous ayant acquis récemment un 2big quadra 4T , tout c'est bien passé lors de l'installation , mais le gros bouton bleu : shortcut button lorsque que je pousse dessus , le message suivant apparait sur l'écran : préférences système a quitté de manière imprévue , le service technique de mac prétend que le problème vient de lacie ! ! je possède un macbook pro 17" version 10.6.6 - 2.66GHz Intel Core i7 - 8Go 1067Mhz DDR3 - Détail du problème et configuration du système : Process: System Preferences [627]
