Plantage de Excel 2008

[Devla]

Bonjour,
J'espère que ma question n'a pas été posée trop souvent.
Excel (2008, 12.2.3) plante rapidement (le rapport d'erreur est plus bas).
La réparation des autorisations n'a rien donné, par contre le problème semble disparaitre avec la création d'un nouveau compte (test).
Comment se débarrasser du problème avec mon compte existant ?

La réparation des autorisations n'a rien donné, par contre le problème semble disparaitre avec la création d'un nouveau compte (test)

Donc, situation relativement classique : chercher dans le compte utilisateur courant ce qui cloche. En général, c'est par les fichiers de préférences qu'il faut commencer...

Dans bibliothèque/preferences... j'ai rien qui ressemble à du Excel.
Et j'avoue avoir un peu de mal à comprendre comment fonctionne les "bibliothèques" puisque déjà, il en a deux avec des choses différentes dans chacune ?!?

Des bibliothèques, il y en a un peu partout. En règle générale, dans Mac OS X tu ne touches à rien en dehors de ce qui se trouve dans ton compte utilisateurs (ta "petite maison"). Donc les fichiers de préférences à contrôler, c'est dans ~/Bibliothèque/Preferences qu'il faut les chercher (où la tilde ~ symbolise - justement - le compte utilisateur, la "petite maison").

En l'occurrence, concernant Office en général (et Excel en particulier), tu as d'une part les fichiers en com.microsoft......plist et d'autre part (et surtout) le sous-dossier "Microsoft" qui en contient un bon paquet. Donc à toi de faire des essais. Après avoir quitté l'application, tu peux les déplacer ou les renommer (par exemple en ajoutant "-ex" à leur nom) ce qui est plus facilement réversible si besoin que la suppression directe.

Alors, en déplaçant tous les fichiers com.microsoft......plist dans un dossier sur le bureau, j'ai l'impression que ça na plante plus !

Non, mais ça n'est pas nécessaire. Ils y ont mis les fichiers habituels de même type (mémorisation des barres d'outils, etc.) qui existaient déjà plus ou moins sous la même forme dans les versions précédentes. Le côté .plist est très lié à Mac OS X mais n'a rien d'obligatoire en tant que tel. les fichiers en com.microsoft.... du dossier préférences sont eux plus directement liés aux relations entre les applications et le système (réglages au lancement de l'application, ce genre de choses).

Je viens de constater le mm pb de plantage dès k je modifie un fichier excel par contre il n'y a qu'un fichier microsoft ...
ds ls préférences ! ! ... pas de ss dossier ... c très bizarre ...

Tu as aussi un gros problème de clavier.

Maintenant, si tu as exactement le même problème et la même configuration que dans ce sujet vieux de six ans et demi, je te conseille de faire quelques mises à jour.

Euh... Le "mm pb" que quelqu'un a eu en décembre 2009 (et avec le même message d'erreur ?) c'est effectivement très bizarre. Si tu commençais plutôt par décrire le contexte (version de Mac OS X, version d'Office et niveau de mise à jour,...) ça permettrait de se faire une idée.

Si en plus tu faisais l'effort d'écrire en vrai français, histoire qu'on puisse lire sans avoir mal à la tête, ça serait vraiment bien.
