Plantage Excel 2008

Bonjour,

j'ai installé la version française de Office 2008, j'avais une version en anglais jusqu'à présent qui me paraissait stable, et je travaille ces temps-ci sur un document avec pas mal de formules. Je tape les formules dans la barre, mais dès que je valide en faisant 'entrée" ou (controle S), l'application plante soudainement. J'ai désinstallé la suite office, réinstallé, fait les mises à jour, réparé les autorisations, rien n'y fait.

J'ai désinstallé la suite office, réinstallé, fait les mises à jour, réparé les autorisations, rien n'y fait.

As-tu bien fait la désinstallation dans les règles, c'est à dire avec l'outil "Supprimer Office" ? As-tu fait une réparation des autorisations ? Au besoin, supprime les préférences.

j'ai crée un nouveau compte utilisateur, le pb persiste.
J'ai installé la suite office 2008 qui est sur mon autre mac, et qui fonctionne parfaitement, et le pb persiste.
J'ai ouvert le fichier excel sur lequel je travaille actuellement (enfin sur lequel j'essaie de travailler) sur mon autre mac, et je n'ai aucun pb.

Mon ordi ne veut pas d'excel, manifestement...

Je vais tenter de remettre ma version 2004.

Bon, avec ça, au moins, on peut dire que ce n'est pas dans le compte utilisateur que le problème se cache, mais bien dans le système. La piste d'une cohabitation cahotique avec des "traces" de l'installation US précédente semble se confirmer.

Comment as-tu procédé pour désinstaller ta "version en anglais" ? Avec l'outil "Supprimer Office", suivi d'un vidage de la corbeille puis d'un redémarrage (avec une réparation des autorisations en prime, ça ne peut pas faire de mal) ?

De toute façon, rien ne t'empêche d'avoir les deux en parallèle (personnellement, je ne lâche pas Excel 2004, je me vois mal fonctionner sans macros). Seul point à surveiller : il faut installer Office 2004 d'abord, puis Office 2008 dans la mesure où ce dernier fait un travail de vérification des polices en reprenant celles installées par Office 2004. Si on fait les choses en sens inverse, on risque d'avoir de soucis de cohabitation de versions de polices.

Au point où tu en es, je pense que le mieux est de faire une désinstallation complète de toutes versions d'Office (avec l'outil "Supprimer Office", ça va de soi - voir plus haut pour les détails si besoin). Puis d'installer Office 2004, faire les mises à jour et ensuite installer Office 2008 puis ses mises à jour. Pas d'inquiétude pour les documents personnels qui restent bien au chaud dans le dossier "Données utilisateur Microsoft".
