1. Download and Install Git from here http://git-scm.com/
2. Download and Install Python from here http://python.org/download/releases/2.7.5/
3. Download(Install this later) python-setuptools from here https://pypi.python.org/packages/2.7...870bc7919059ea
4. Open Terminal
5. Browse to the directory where you downloaded python-setuptools and type sudo sh setuptools-0.6c11-py2.7.egg(exact filename you downloaded, DO NOT RENAME) (it will ask you for a password)
6. Now type: git clone git://github.com/chrippa/livestreamer.git
7. Now type: git clone git://git.ffmpeg.org/rtmpdump
8. To open up a stream in Terminal typelivestreamer twitch.tv/synderen , this will not start the stream right away but will list the avaialble qualities (480,720,720+ and etc..) to choose type livestraemer twitch.tv/synderen 720p+ and hit enter, it will open VLC player with fd://0 in playlist which you should double click to play.
P.S. it seems it's not working on 64bit VLC players. Download 32bit version and replace it.
