Bonjour à tous,
Mon MacBook Pro fonctionnait comme un charme. Tout d'un coup, alors que je en faisais rien de spécial à part assister à une video conférence sur Zoom, il est devenu anormalement lent, si lent que passer d'une fenêtre à une autre prenait plusieurs secondes.

J'ai alors lancé 2 fois CleanMyMac X et optimisé le système.

C'est devenu plus rapide, mais le passage d'une fenêtre à une autre reste lent (moins qu'avant, mais lent).

J'ai lancé Malwarebytes: RAS.

Je joins mon rapport EtreCheck en 2 messages car il fait plus 20000 caractères dans l'espoir que quelqu'un pourra m'aider.

C'est toujours lent lorsque je apsse d'une appli ou d'une fenêtre à une autre. Mon ordi n'a jamais été comme ça.

Vire voir CleanMyMac et Chrome, qui consomment beaucoup de process.
Tu as énormément d'agents de lancement, de démons de lancement, de plugs-in Safari…

Pose toi la question des applications que tu utilises et désinstalle les autres.

mMerci, je vais enlever CleanMyMac.
Ce que je comprends pas, c'est que j'avais déjà toutes ces applis avant, ce n'est qu'aujourd'hui alors que j'étais en visioconférence que tout est devenu lourd.
Est-ce qu'il y a un outil comme CleanMyMac? Il m'aide beaucoup dans les désisntalaltions et dans les optimisations.

Oui, j'ai redémarré trois fois après l'optimisation CleanMyMac

Je suis retourné manuellement dans le dossier des applis: j'essaie de désinstaller ce qui n'est pas important, notamment els désinstallateurs Adobe CreativeCloud pour les applis Adobe CC 2019, je supprime aussi les applis 32 bits
et on verra

Parce qu'il se charge en tâche de fond et qu'il utilise de la rame et du temps processeur pour rien.
Parce que macOS n'a pas besoin d'une application pour gérer correctement la RAM (surtout si c'est pour tout mettre sur le HDD et faire swapper...).
Parce que si on prend soin de ses fichiers et de son système, on n'a pas besoin d'un outil supplémentaire pour supprimer des fichiers en doublon ou des applications.
Parce que si on surfe correctement sur internet, on n'a pas besoin d'antimalware (et/ou d'antivirus).


J'ai pas de Coyote dans ma voiture, tout simplement parce que je respecte les limitations de vitesse. C'est pareil !
