Bug à la fermeture

Bonjour à tous,
Depuis quelque jours et sans raison apparente, mon Imac : Processeur 2,4 intel core 2 duo 4 GO de mémoires, disque de démarrage Raid Lion, mises à jour installées, bug à la fermeture.
Ecran gris qui descends de haut en bas, dans la fenêtre qui s'affiche, demande d'éteindre avec le bouton et de ré-allumer.
J'ai essayé de décocher la case "rouvrir toutes les fenêtres à la réouverture de la session"
J'ai essayé de débrancher les périphériques USB
Sans succès.

Merci de m'aider à le résoudre.

comme d'hab, voir dans l'application "console" le rapport de crash kernel panic
et poster ici, avec une préférence pour les lignes incluant le texte "with dependencies"
