Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon Indesign CC :
Quand j'ouvre Indesign, tout fonctionne parfaitement jusqu'à ce que je clique sur l'outil Texte. Là, Indesign se ferme brutalement et me met : "Indesign a quitté de manière imprévu."

ça fait maintenant 1 semaine, j'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé Indesign, j'ai supprimé le fichier "Sing.InDesignPlugin" mais rien n'y fait...

Aidez moi svp !!
 
Salut

Que te raconte la console (Applications/Utilitaires/Console) quand tu cliques sur l'outil Texte?
 
Le forum OS X n'est pas le bon pour ce genre de souci : je déplace côté applications.

Tu devrais activer les rapports de plantage (Crash reports) et en afficher un.
Pour cela, ouvrir Terminal et exécuter cette commande :
Bloc de code: 
defaults write com.apple.CrashReporter DialogType crashreport
Au cas où le rapporteur aurait été désactivé, regarde ici comment le réactiver.
Pour l'analyse des rapports, tu peux aussi jeter un oeil là.

Et, surtout, en envoyer un à nos bons amis d'Adobe : le problème les concerne, à mon avis.

Tu peux essayer ceci :
Tu ouvres le Livre des polices dans Applications, Tu sélectionnes "Toutes les polices", tu te positionnes sur la première police, tu les sélectionnes toutes par un cmd+a puis dans le menu tu fais Fichier/Valider les polices.
Là tu vérifies si tu as des polices en rouge et tu les élimines.

Merci pour ton aide. ça a été long, j'ai plus de 2500 polices, j'ai bien supprimé les 3 "problèmes graves" en rouge mais ça n'a rien changé sur Indesign malheureusement

Après avoir fait le ménage dans les polices, tu devrais faire un premier démarrage en mode sans échec (démarrer en maintenant la touche Shift enfoncée). Cela vide les caches, en particulier celui des polices.
Puis redémarrer normalement dans la foulée.
Il est possible que ce cache soit corrompu (ça arrive).
 
À mon avis, la réinstallation d'InDesign ne résoudra rien du tout. Tu as visiblement un problème de police. Tu écris que tu as plus de 2500 polices ; elles sont toutes activées ? Si oui, c'est (et c'est un euphémisme) quelque peu risqué…:bored:
As-tu essayé, comme conseillé, de vider les fichiers caches des polices ? Recherche les fichiers AdobeFntxx. lst (le xx est un numéro qui dépend de ta version d'InDesign) et supprime-les, puis relance inDesign.
Avant cette manip, tu peux aussi essayer de changer la police active par défaut dans InDesign (donc avant d'ouvrir un fichier).
 
Par ailleurs, si cela fait une semaine que ça dure, cela signifie qu'il y a deux semaines, tout marchait comme il faut.
En dehors de la toujours possible corruption des caches tu peux aussi t'interroger sur ce que tu as fait ou installé sur cet ordinateur entre le moment où cela marchait et le moment où cela s'est mis à planter.

L'autre solution serait de créer un nouveau compte utilisateur depuis le menu /Préférences systèmes/Utilisateurs et groupes.
Puis de te connecter avec, voir si tu as les mêmes soucis.

Oui, en effet, je sais pas si elles sont toutes activées. Comment trouver les fichiers AdobeFntxx.Ist ?
Et comment changer la police active par défaut dans Indesign ? Les fichiers s'ouvrent très bien jusqu'à ce que je clique sur le texte
