Problème DNS WIFI El Capitan

Bonjour,
j' ai un problème, je ne peux pas aller sur internet avec les noms de domaines, uniquement par ip

je peux pinguer 8.8.8.8
mais je ne peux pas pinguer www.google.com:

MacBook-Pro:/ alex$ ping www.google.com

ping: cannot resolve www.google.com: Unknown host

MacBook-Pro:/ alex$


j' ai configuré manuellement mes configurations DNS en mettant l' ip 8.8.8.8
mais ça ne change rien.

j' ai également redémarré mon pc, desactivé et reactivé le wifi, ça ne marche pas non plus

supprimer ces fichiers:
com.apple.airport.preferences.plist
com.apple.network.identification.plist

ça ne marche pas non plus.

J' ai même essayé de me connecter à la freebox de mon voisin, ça ne marche pas.
Je pense que c' est un bug sur mon macbook...
apparement il y a eu des bugs similaires sur les versions précedentes.

Est-ce que vous avez une solution s' il vous plait ? merci...
