Soucis impression HP 5740 depuis Macbook

Bonjour

je viens de remplacer mon vieux PC par un Macbook (snow leopard), et depuis je rencontre des problèmes pour imprimer un document word.

Je souhaite imprimer mon CV, mais quand je lance l'impression, il ne m'imprime que quelques phrases : certaines en noir, d'autres en bleu (et non en noir) et d'autre coupée en 2 (que la partie haute des phrases), et enfin d'autres phrases ne s'impriment pas.

J'ai essayé d'installer les pilotes HP pour Mac mais sans succès.

Je ne rencontre pas ces soucis si je veux imprimer par exemple une page web. C'est uniquement depuis word.

Quelqu'un pourrait il me renseigner svp ?

Sur un autre forum, j'ai trouvé cette solution à propos d'un problème semblable au tien.

Je te la mets en anglais, si tu la veux en français dis le et je te la traduirai

I had the same problem and received the following email from HP support. Problem solved!

Step 1: Resetting the printing system ***

Please follow the steps provided below to reset the printing system:

1. On the Apple menu, click System Preferences.

2. On the View menu, click Print & Fax. The Print & Fax dialog box opens.

3. Right-click (or Ctrl +click) the printer in the Printers list in the left panel and click Reset printing system. ( If the printer is not listed proceed directly to the second step)

4. Click OK to confirm the reset.

5. Type the correct Name and Password.

6. Click OK to reset the printing system.

***Step 2: Repair Disk permissions***

1. Click to open Macintosh HD >> Applications > Utilities and double-click

Disk Utility.

2. On the left hand side, select the Macintosh HD directory. The directory will be indented and is usually the second entry in that list.

3. On the right side, beneath the white box, click Repair Disk Permissions. This process might take several minutes.

4. Once the process is completed, close the Disk Utility and restart the Computer.

***Step 3 : Readding the printer***

1. Click Apple Icon >> System Preferences >> Print & Fax.

2. Click the '+' button >> Add printer wizard will appear.

3. Under "Print Using", from the drop down list, click on , "Select a Driver to use'.

4. In the list of printer manufacturers, select Hewlett Packard >> Select HP Deskjet 990c printer .

5. Click Add and configure this driver to use as default and restart the Mac. You should be able to print from your Mac after this.

Merci pour ton retour, j'ai suivi les différentes étapes.

par contre je bloque au 3. de l'étape 3.

Quand je clique sur préf système > imprimante & fax > '+' , j'ai une fenetre qui s'affiche mais je ne peux pas "sélectionner un driver".
La seule chose que je peux faire c'est cliquer sur "autres imprimantes"

(j'ai brancher mon imprimante au mcbook, mais ça change rien...)

Ton imprimante est bien allumée?

Car c'est un peu près la seule raison que je vois à ce que ça ne fonctionne pas

bah en fait j'ai pas fini la 3ieme étape, mais en ouvrant un document word j'ai pu l'imprimer et cela a bien marché ... je sais pas ce qu'il s'est passé du coup, mais le principal c'est que ça fonctionne.
