applications du scanner ne se lancent plus !

Bonjour et Bonsoir à tous

je viens de m'inscrire sur le forum et vous apporte mon problème à résoudre... s'il vous plait!
je travail avec deux mac, un Mcbookpro et un imac,
chacun branché à une imprimante Epson ( V330 neuf, STYLUS PHOTO X700)
j'ai pu travailler avec les deux sans problème aucun, puis tout d'un coup après une coupure non désirée avec chacun d'entre eux, à intervalles de plusieurs jours, impossibilité de relance l'application du scanner ( l'imprimante fonctionne) ... j'ai changé l'un des scanner de Mac et il fonctionne parfaitement.... mais comment réparer ces éjections intempestives?

Bonjour et bienvenue sur les forums de MacGénération !

Après les coupures intempestives, quelles sont les manips de remise en état que tu as faites ? Le minimum à recommander est de faire un démarrage de la machine en tenant la touche "Majuscule" enfoncée, ce qui fait un certain nombre de vérifications et réparations. Cela peut suffire à remettre les choses en état. Sinon, il faut probablement réinstaller le pilote de l'imprimante/sacnner ou le logiciel fourni avec.

j'ai seulement retirer par glissement l'ensemble de l'application EPSON, ré-installer deux ou trois fois.... sans succès!
petite précision, quand je lance l'application, une fenêtre Epson apparaît pour annoncer sa venue..... puis s'en va!
parfois j'ai un message d'erreur, mais j'ai pas encore penser à l'archiver.... je le ferais la prochaine fois, mais il y a une liste impressionnantes d'information incompréhensibles pour moi!
je vais essayer de ce pas l'ouverture avec MAJ enfoncé...

le transfert d'image ne détecte pas le scanner!
par contre je viens d'ouvrir une session avec un nouvel utilisateur avec les droits d'administrateur, le scan fonctionne! houpy!
mais par contre je ne sais pas comment réparer l'anomalie en fonction de la brochure d'aide du site, je ne comprends pas les actions après l'ouverture sur Mac OS 9 que j'effectue, je me mêle les pieds dans les préférences systèmes et autres symboles....

Avez-vous viré toutes les préférences du matériel Epson avant la réinstallation de l’applicatif. Parce que si cela fonctionne avec un autre compte utilisateurs se sont peut-êtres les préférences qui sont vérolées.
