Bonjour à tous

Mon système raaaameee :mad: comme pas possible, et j'ai remarqué dans iStat que les 2 process "syslogd" et "mount_hfs" utilisent 90% des ressources!!! Du coup, à gauche, dans CPU User+système = 99%!!!!:affraid:Kezako? Puis-je m'en sortir ou dois-je redémarrer mon iMac pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre?

C'est depuis hier soir: je naviguais sur Youtube avec Safari et plusieurs fenêtres ouvertes, idem pour Firefox.
Dans le Moniteur d'activité rien que les 2 navigateurs qui, dans l'nsemble, ne dépassent pas 13% d'occupation du processeur.

Une idée?

Teste de fermer ta session (ça va tout quitter) et redémarre-la.

Ca régle souvent des problèmes sans a avoir à éteindre l'ordinateur.

Va voir dans le moniteur d'activité quel est l'application qui utilise le plus le processeur.

Et tu le force à quitter.

Et tu fais quoi sur la machine, quand cela survient ? quels sont les volumes montés : disque interne, disques externes ?
SI mount_hfs est le générateur de message, c'est qu'il tente de monter un disque et n'y parvient pas, non ?

En effet, un dd externe a eu un peu de mal à monter hier.
Finalement il est monté sur le bureau mais il me semble que le ralentissement a commencé après son éjection. Tout à l'heure j'ai rallumé le même disque, qui est monté sans pb cette fois, et je l'ai ensuite éjecté - sans changement...
Alors j'ai décidé de redémarrer la bête ....et tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

C'était la solution la plus simple et la plus évidente. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu as été si réticent à redémarrer ton Mac et refusais de le faire jusque là.
Est ce honteux de redémarrer son Mac? Avais-tu peur qu'il ne rallume pas? J'aimerai comprendre.
Moi, dès que mon mac commence à merdouiller, je redémarre et ça repart pour un tour.

Non, j'ai pas honte/peur de redémarrer mon mac seulement j'avais plein de fenêtres importantes ouvertes, surtout dans Firefox, réservation d'avions, youtube etc... et j'avais pas envie de toutes les réouvrir (plus d'autres applications..) pour retrouver mon lieu de travail dans le même état.
En fait, mon iMac je le suspends seulement et redémarre très rarement (après un emise à jour...)
comme ça je retrouve mon bureau dans l'état où je l'ai laissé la veille...:love:

Par contre ça a recomencé: j'ai inséré 1 cd pour écouter avec iTunes et syslogd et revenu avec ses99% d'occupation.. arrrrghhh :mad:
Je l'ai quitté une fois avec moniteur d'activité mais il est revenu 20" après... j'ai éjecté le cd et là, je vois qu'il s'est calmé mais pas immédiatement... ça veut dire quoi c'tte histoire??:eek:
