j'ai l'impression de toujours perdre de la batterie et que mon mac continue de relever les mails meme capot fermé

Ça me paraît effectivement appliquer les instructions de Seny.

- as-tu redémarré après avoir modifié le fichier ? - si oui > qu'est-ce que ça a donné sur une nuit ?​

oui j'ai redemarré
hier soir minuit charge a 79%
ce matin 7heure charge 74%

ça perd toujours

Voici ce qui serait expérimentalement possible -->

- repartitionner le Conteneur apfs => pour créer un second petit Conteneur dans le volume duquel tu installerais Catalina de façon propre (aucune récupération de données). Variante : créer un nouveau volume dans le Conteneur pour y installer Catalina de façon propre (un même Conteneur pouvant héberger plusieurs OS démarrables).​

Tester si > le Mac démarré sur l'OS propre => il n'y a plus l'erreur qui interrompt l'hibernation ou si elle se retrouve encore.

Alors on va dire que ton Mac et Catalina font mauvais ménage -->

- à part espérer qu'une Màj de cet OS élimine l'erreur qui stoppe périodiquement l'hibernation > je ne vois rien à faire - sinon rétrograder à l'OS Mojave.​

- très faible perte en effet. Tu pourrais même réduire les délais de sommeil-Système avant l'hibernation à 300" (secondes = 5') par la commande :​
