Ok je comprends, ça semble donc fonctionner :

  • elle n'est pas à son rang n°2 car créée a posteriori. Mais on y remédie immédiatement.

La distribution est en place. Les 2 partitions de type apfs ont été recréées à leurs places et à leurs rangs sur les 2 disques -->

  • le bloc 0 de chacune de ces partitions est le super-bloc du système de fichiers apfs qui était inscrit sur les blocs. Note : l'index d'appareil actuel disk0s4 pour la partition du HDD n'est qu'une résilience sans importance dans le kernel : l'important est le n° de rang 2 dans la table GPT.
  • mais ! --> l'OS Sierra 10.12 (et son OS de secours) > s'ils sont capables de gérer le format apfs > sont incapables de gérer une association Fusion Style apfs uniquement apportée par l'OS Mojave.
  • on va donc faire le pari que > s'il n'y a pas eu de reformatage à partir de Windows sur le HDD --> la distribution apfs est peut-être intacte & le Fusion Style apfs régénérable

Donc ! --> pour cela redémarre encore > les 3 touches ⌘⌥R pressées pour récupérer par internet un OS de secours Mojave en RAM. Quand tu as l'écran aux 4 Utilitaires macOS > passe la commande :

Je pense qu'il est possible qu'il y ai eu reformatage via Windows, étant donné que ma modification des partitions pour augmenter la taille de celle-ci s'est fait via un logiciel sur Windows. Est-ce que je redémarre par internet malgré tout ?
 
Oui : redémarre par internet sur un OS de secours Mojave et poste le tableau.

- car de toutes façons > si le Fusion Style apfs est fichu > sa recréation formellle ne pourra se faire que dans un terminal de Mojave - pas de Sierra.​

Aucun Fusion Style n'a été automatiquement régénéré. Donc il y a bien eu reformatage sur le HDD --> ce qui a invalidé le Fusion Style en place. Évidemment --> les données sont perdues.

On peut recréer de neuf en une commande un Fusion Style apfs si tu veux.

  • mets "Macintosh HD" avec les "" dans la 1ère

  • les 2 partitions apfs contiennent des magasins de stockage Physical Stores > qui exportent l'espace-disque virtuel unique du Conteneur disk21 (855 Go) --> supportant un volume (unique pour l'instant) = Macintosh HD. Tout est en ordre.

Dans la fenêtre des 4 Utilitaires macOS > lance l'option : "Réinstaller macOS" --> en choisissant Macintosh HD comme destination lorsque cela te sera proposé.

Voila, Mojave est bien réinstallé. Merci beaucoup !

Par contre, malgré que la partition Bootcamp existe encore, il semble que je ne puisse plus démarrer dessus ?!
 
Content pour toi en ce qui concerne l'installation de Mojave dans le volume Fusion de l'apfs.

Le volume BOOTCAMP a manifestement trinqué dans l'opération. Quelle était la version de Windows installée : Windows 10 ? - est-ce que tu veux supprimer cette partition > et récupérer son espace --> afin de pouvoir la recréer de neuf avec l'Assistant BootCamp ?
