Kernel Panic, garantie FNAC, que faire ?

Bonjour,

Voilà j'ai depuis Presque 1 an un macbook pro i7 acheté à la FNAC avec la garantie échange à neuf 3 ans. Seulement déjà sous SL j'ai eu quelques Kernel Panics mais peut être un/semaine (ce qui est déjà beaucoup). J'ai contacté la FNAC il y a un mois et demi car le MBP ne voulait plus s'allumer après un KP. Je devais le renvoyer etc, seulement j'avais vraiment besoin de l'ordi et lorsque j'ai vu que ça remarchait, je ne l'ai finalement pas envoyé, pensant le problème passager. Seulement depuis le passage à Lion (lié ou pas ?), j'ai KP sur KP. Pour tout vous dire, j'en suis à plus de 100 en 20 jours. Et j'ai fait une install par dessus SL, puis une réinstall dessus et enfin une clean intall, le résultat est TOUJOURS le même.

Pensez-vous qu'il y a un problème matériel lié à ça et que je devrais l'envoyer pour espérer obtenir un échange ou alors que ce n'est pas matériel et que je vais perdre 3 semaines d'utilisation pour rien ?

Édit : je pensais le problème lié à lion alors qu'en fait pas forcément, je suis désolé si ce n'est pas la bonne section.
Édit 2 : au fait, en passant à 10.7.1, rien de nouveau, c'est pareil

Il faut aller dans les logs de Kernel Panic . Et voir d'ou ca plante

Si c'est par exemple un erreur de la carte graphique (comme sur tous les imac G5 ) => garantie fnac
Sinon un bon formatage ou un changement de disque dur !

Ou si tu as les dvd de réinstallation , lance un AHT (apple hardware test) ca dure longtemps...
si il y a une message note le ! et ré-ecrit le ici
Sinon ca veut dire que c'est l'os qui foire (et il suffit de réinstaller)

D'accord, je vais mettre ça...

Par contre moi, lors de ce que j'appelle KP, j'ai pas ce message. J'ai juste l'écran qui s'éteint, le clavier reste allumé et le son bug si je lis une vidéo ou de la musique.

C'est donc que tu n'as pas un Kernel Panic. Mais un autre plantage. Qu'il faudrait que tu identifies plus précisément pour poster ici les logs (disponibles dans Console).

Si tu as des périphériques (USB ou autres) des disques durs PC branchés, débranche tout. Redémarre et dis nous ces plantages sont tjs présents.

Mais vu que tu as installé et réinstallé de nombreux systèmes

Et j'ai fait une install par dessus SL, puis une réinstall dessus et enfin une clean intall, le résultat est TOUJOURS le même.

Édit : je pensais le problème lié à lion alors qu'en fait pas forcément, je suis désolé si ce n'est pas la bonne section.
Édit 2 : au fait, en passant à 10.7.1, rien de nouveau, c'est pareil

peut être que, après avoir sauvegardé tes données, tu devrais formater puis réinstaller un SnowLeo en 10.6.8. Histoire d'avoir un OS stable.
