Est-ce que ton OS est toujours Sierra ? - ou si c'était High Sierra > est-ce que la MÀJ s'est faite ?
Alors la mise-à-jour ne s'est pas faite.
Je te conseille de faire une sauvegarde TM > puis de retenter la mise-à-jour. Voire de télécharger un installateur complet de High Sierra (= 10.13.4) et d'appliquer l'installation (qui ne sera qu'une restauration du Logiciel-Système) à ton volume démarré.
