Suis desespéré par mon mac

Hi,

Dieu que j'étais content de switcher ....

Aujourd'hui je m'en mords les doigts. J'utilise mon mac professionnellement et donc j'utilise office 2008. J'ai un mac book pro 17", équipé de OS snow avec ts les update installés.
Mes applications Office 2008 plante régulièrement. Surtout entourage 2008: dès que je mets un attachement, cela plante à 90%!!! C'est bien simple j'utilise GMail en fallback.
Je pourrais écrire un roman sur MAIL d'apple qui déforme les signatures qd on envoie les messages vers un client Outlook mais là n'est pas le propos.
Est ce que quelqu'un peut me dire à quoi riment les erreurs: EXC_BAD_ACCESS.
J'ai reinstallé, viré les preférences (tiens qui disait que sur mac on ne bidouille pas), reinitialisé ma base, fais des exports .... rien n'y fait.
Je suis vraiment désespéré.
Est ce que quelqu'un peut aider?
 
Si office plante tout le temps utilise plutôt Open Office qui est gratuit et compatible avec tout les formats et système d'exploitation.

Pour ce qui est de "EXC_BAD_ACCESS" faudrait être plus précis ...
 
Et surtout, de nombreuses personnes semble dire que Office ressemble à une opération sabotage de Microsoft. En tout cas beaucoup de personnes se plaignent de ce logiciel.
 
Si les documents sont un peu élaborés, il n'y a que Office qui vaille (problème de compatibilité)

J'ai la dernière version d'office 2008 (13.0.0)

Apparemment il semblerait que cela soit une corruption d'un des fichiers de préférences.

Je pensais (en achetant un mac) ne plus faire d'informatique et de devenir un utilisateur: je me suis planté!

Attention de ne pas aller trop vite, il ne faut pas mettre Mac en cause directement (c'est un raccourci un peu facile), mais plutôt l'éditeur du logiciel qui apparemment ne fait pas ce qu'il faut pour que la compatibilité Mac soit parfaite. ;)

Après tout il est connu que Microsoft délaisse le Mac.

Y a qu'a voir le retard de MSN For Mac sur MSN & aMSN.
 
Il est intéressant de relire toutes les réponses:
1) aucune aide disponible (c'est indiscutable, non?)
2) le leitmitiv constant "c'est pas Mac, c'est les autres". OK j'en prends note. Mais cela ne m'aide pas vraiment pour règler mon problème. Désolé mais je n'arrive pas à adopter la pensée unique
3) cela plante mais je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir où je dois intervenir (merci pour l'ouverture)
4) comme sous windows, il faut lever le capot et bidouiller
5) comment expliquer qu'un OS en 2009 plante une application en ne donnant pas le mode opératoire pour réparer (déjà le fait de planter est inacceptable en 2009)

Bref.... mon message sur ce forum n'aura servi à rien. Il ne me reste plus qu'à reinstaller (comme sous windows) ou alors de revenir à windows car l'herbe n'est pas plus verte chez apple, juste un peu plus chère.

Ici, ce n'est pas un SAV. Il n'y a aucune obligation de résultat. Si tu n'es pas content, tu peux contacter le SAV apple ou celui de de microsoft

Apparemment tu as un probleme avec la suite office sur ton mac. les causes peuvent être multiple.

- As tu réparé les autorisations du disque?
- As tu essaye d'utiliser office sur un compte vierge?
- As tu tenter de réinstaller proprement Office 2008?

C'est bien retourne sur Microsoft.
Et pense à leur demander pourquoi ils sont incapables se sortir une application tournant correctement sur un Mac.
Et c'est office qui plante, donc je ne vois pas en quoi Apple serait responsable.

Je sais que les applications Apple plantent (comme Safari qui quitte assez souvent).
Mais là c'est un logiciel Microsoft qui pose problème. Pour ce cas précis, ce n'est donc pas Apple le responsable.

Ouais, la discussion dérive autour de Apple contre Microsoft, c'est assez hors de propos. Moi je trouve que l'auteur du fil a tout à fait le droit de dire qu'il regrette son switch à cause des plantages d'Office. Même si ça laisse penser qu'il a acheté un mac juste pour utiliser Word, auquel cas le Mac ne serait effectivement pas un bon choix.

J'ai moi-même eu un souci avec Word (version 2004, réputée de meilleure facture)n sous 10.5. Il s'était subitement mis à planter dès que je collais du texte de l'extérieur, où quand je changeais la mise en page. Pas pratique. J'ai réparé les autorisations, sans effet.

Alors à problème Microsoft, je suis revenu aux solutions Microsoft : j'ai réinstallé tout le Pack Office. Et depuis, même si je n'ai pas compris d'où venait l'erreur, ça remarche.

Au pire, just4fun, si la réinstallation ne marche pas, je te conseillerais d'essayer d'acquérir le Pack Office 2004, ça doit encore se trouver. ;)
